How can I cancel my contract? The accounts teams is just as unreachable as the support teams. I have emailed support@uniti and got a case raised but no response ever since. Uniti are sending me messages saying that my account will be charged but i have been trying to cancel since day one. Case: 00708503

Thanks Jesse, but I found the best way to get this progressed was to contact the Telco Ombudsman. The accounts team have reached out to me after that and hopefully I will able to finalise my accounts with Uniti Wireless.
Thanks for sharing -that's promising. Just got off the phone with Uniti call center in Philippines who told me that I should call back and raise a case to cancel the "service" and wait 30 days. I'll try the Telco Ombudsman next.
How much longer should I wait before seeking technical support? I just applied mine, and it's not working, and I don't know who to turn to. I've been waiting for nearly an hour now. It's quite frustrating.

Hello Finn Uniti have not been asked to remove my review. Whilst I have not had a satisfactory experience to date, Jaekob has followed up and offered a solution moving forward. I suppose during the next outage if I’m not kept informed I’ll know whether the assurance is genuine. At that point I will either voluntarily take the review down or adjust it.

I think they are reasonably priced. Support staff are great. The only issue is that sometimes it is hard to get through to them by phone.

No, Uniti is very unreliable. Two outages with my Uniti Wireless fixed wireless service in two consecutive nights. Help desk is only available from 8am to 8pm. Not impressed, I am about to switch to Aussie Broadband 100 Mbps on the NBN. I only got Uniti three and a half years ago because I could not wait for the NBN to arrive (my inner-city suburb of Melbourne did not get NBN connected until last year, the only other alternative was 14 Mbps ADSL).

Thank you to Shamim for getting us connected and online tonight. Very happy with the support I have got from Uniti to date. Only just signed with them a week ago and they have made me feel more then welcome shamim especially who was kind enough to contact me after hours after I finished me night shift work.
Have to be honest was just about to cancel and leave was so frustrated that things weren't working out. I emailed in as a very last resort and got through to a very intelligent and interesting individual Shamim who managed my case. He was able to get the matter sent to NBNs Patrick yesterday who made some changes for me today and got the connection running. Shamim even organised with Patrick to get a new router put in as old ones WAN port wasn't working. Everybody else said no cant be done and is impossible shamim made the impossible possible. Huge thanks to Shamim for his work. Definitely recommend Shamim.

I'm not very happy with the level of help I was given by your so called Lev2 only one person was able to help me and listen to me today and I want to express my thanks to him who did his absolute very best to help a loyal customer. Mean while your so called L2 people not only didnt help me they left a bad taste in my mouth about your company. My connection is now working but I dont think things should have been so hard by your level 2 team. What i want to know is why are your senior L2 people so reluctant to help?

We do apologise about the delay, generally we have a 48 hour turn around time for responses to customers at worse, however over the weekend period we have minimal staffing over the weekend so this may have affected the response time depending on how busy it was for calls.

Not allowing me to post review says error but here we go thank you shamim from tech team who got m internet back up after several phone calls and emails I got through to the all mighty shamim who successfully assisted me in getting back on the www and other sites. turns out my computer does need to be turn off and on should not be left on for one week straight.

shams exceptional customer service and tech support. My modem was messed up lucky for me I spoke to shams who assited me in fixing my modem and then explained how to fix my PC.
