I was so hopeful that this was a legitimate product/service... As I have almost zero self confidence in my figure, and that video really built my hopes up... But seeing these reviews, all I did was cry... :'(

I disagree with these reviews, i feel lighter after 6 days i hav lost nearly 2 kilos...if u click impatiently u will be charged twice but they warned NOT to click twice...also vin c e has 90 daily exercises..this program HAS inspired me to tske control of my life.. the information given regarding supplements has been very informative and make sense however we cannot buy them in Australia but I think you're all wrong and I think you should give it a go properly before being so sceptical it's better than eating all the takeaways that you do

Hey Daniel! How about trying Optiman shakes? Men need about 30g of protein in each meal to build lean muscle mass. Optiman shakes contain the full 30g (a lot of other brands may contain only 15 or 20g), they also taste great and they dissolve well. They are also Aussie made....and Aussie owned. WINNER! Watch your snacking - maybe get protein bars from Chemist Warehouse real cheap. Get the ones with highest protein content - around 20g per bar. Or you can always snack on celery sticks & carrots or those baby qukes. And go for a 30-min walk each day. Maybe even get some little dumbbells to use at home....but use them! Don't let them gather dust! You'll see a massive change in no time. Hang in there, mate! :-)

Well, Jen - you're on your own there. V-Shred have 13 reviews and 12 of them are 1-star. The other one is only 3-stars. I think they're [Content Removed]. And who said we all eat takeaways? That seems rather presumptuous!

Surely the [Name Removed]guy can be found on LinkedIn, Facebook or some other site where you can try to contact him there, but also ask your cr card company to refund you. On top of that, you might be watching the right advertising video but a [Content Removed] has uploaded them onto the web and put their own bank account details in the payment section so you are paying the [Content Removed].
