Are there video instructions on how to assemble the massage/recliner chair? The recliner mechanism is not working, we have followed the instructions but still need clarification. Why is this chair not working?

It's not worth putting it together the quality is so bad. Just return it while it's still flat packed.

we brought this vidaXL Book Cabinet Brown Oak 40x33x100 cm Engineered Wood and Steel, but were given instruction for a longer length wise and it really does not explain how to put it together as nothing adds up...do you have a video on how to do this ? Thanks

We bought a vidaXL sunshade. The first windy day it buckled and calapsed. Managed to fix the frame with extra bought parts, metal brackets and screws. But how do I reattach the torn off Velcro strip's to the canvas awning? Not happy!

Purchased garden chairs sku 42798. The manual that came with items as well as the one available on website is not complete. Last few steps missing (and clearly not all parts sent are used because of that). Wonder if I can find the correct manual and also get some help on one step that is so unclear.

Surely should not deliver furniture without assembly instructions?
HI, personally if there is no instruction, check the packaging to make sure it looks like everything is there. Check things like screws vs holes. There is probably a good chance that you received someone else’s rejected product like we did. I cannot find these part numbers even on their own website. Are there any other part numbers that show?
