Hi I got a watch from vova but I didn’t receive the item can you plz help me with it thx
I have a few orders I'm waiting for. I can't get onto the Vova Tech site & can't get into my account & have no tracking orders numbers To check through the post office. I would like my goods but if that's not going to happen then I want a full refund. I wonder if any one else is having the same problems as me. Hopefully no legal action will be needed to sort this out. Thank you DonnaLane

If you made payment through PayPal then they may assist in recovering your funds. PayPal stated that I need to attempt to contact the company for a response, failing a response then you can register with PayPal your case, they will require proof of attempted contacts, etc then contact the supplier to confirm the status of the order. If no success, then my experience is that PayPal refunded my whole purchase price due to no supply or resolution with the supplier.
I only use the PayPal payment system, as this is the second time with different companies over the last 2 years that I have received a full refund due to the non-performance of a company. Regards

I'm having alot of trouble aswell. I received a pair of runners that I ordered and there's a rip in them and the stitching is dodgy. Can't get on the side to request for a refund. I'm reporting this company to the fraudulent team at the bank of melbourne

Not sure why you are asking me this but I'm having trouble with vova for refunds and can't even log into my account now.
Recently ordered from Vova like 2 months ago , how long does delivery usually take? I certainly won’t be ordering again! I’m in Australia
I'm in the UK but from what iv seen there are issues with Vova all over the world. My order didn't turn up, threatened to expose them and eventually they gave me a full refund . Be strong and keep on at them for a refund for Jon delivery. Good luck
Demand a refund. When the vova.com spam and fraud gang don't give you one, you're best off reporting the matter to the ACCC. external link

Sorry you won't get any help from them as the so called "customer service" site is automated You'll never be able to ask the question you want to much less get an answer I only hope you didn't "blow" too much money

Most likely they have shut down due to the negative reviews. Only problem is that if they start up under a new identity, will they conduct themselves in the same manner as before? Very hard to come back from so many bad reviews, so starting again would mostly be the better way. They just need to check that their sub sellers have a good reputation. That is what brought them done in the first place
