Many of these reviews are years old. Nearing the end of 2025, are they still as bad as before? Just got insurance with them but thinking of cancelling (plenty of time on cooling off period) and going with someone else with 4+ rating

I assume they'll pull the old "x number of business days to refund" trick when i cancel?

Hello - I have just got a quote to travel with World2Cover but after having seen these reviews, I'm not at all confident that this is the right insurer for us to go with. :(

They do not pay! Their insurance cover is worthless! Do not go near them!

Do not go near this insurer. They will not cover you for anything. Their cover is worthless. The last letter I received after trying to make a claim stated "we will not cover you for losses or expenses that are for, related to or as a result of cancellations, delays or rescheduling caused by your transport provider" Stay away from this company!

Not a question: I just wanted to say how much I appreciate Product Review as I was moments away from taking out a policy with World2Cover and have immediately closed the window.

World2Cover, your customer's experience with you matter to prospective customers and your poor reputation has ultimately cost you business.

If I'd been smart like you & done some research before purchasing the policy, I would not have gone with World2Cover.

Lodged a claim 15/09/2022, automated reply was that it would take 10-20 business days for a reply, well and truely past that point. When the customer@world2cover.com.au returns a “this email address does not exist”, where should I direct my communication?

Why so many bad reviews? I am only taking out domestic insurance in case of cancellation due to Covid, will this be covered? Flying to Darwin then Ghan to Adelaide and flying back to Sydney.
