I received my order today with nothing in it that I ordered. I paid $180.60 Aud and what I got was a bracket that I would never have ordered. I have tried to make contact but to no avail.....I would just like to know what is going on and what has happened to my order Lynda

Keep emailing them and then you can make a fraud claim with your bank. You will need copies of the emails you sent plus any of the emails they sent you. I only ever received confirmation of payment and no order details.

Unfortunately this website is nothing but a scam. I got my money back through Paypal thankfully. I would lodge a claim through your bank asap. Their website should be shut down. Good luck.

They took 2 incorrect payments from my credit card I have reported it to my bank. They will also deny anything. My order arrived today, I ordered 2 necklaces and 2 charms I received 1 x cheap fake bracelet and nothing else. I have emailed them not that they will reply. Its all a big Scam.

I’ve just ordered from jewelleryshop.com.au I’m so scared I ordered a pandora ring however they are answering my emails but there was a few red flags has anyone ever gotten the right thing or should I be worried?

If you read the reviews unfortunately I don't like your chances of receiving your ring. I ordered earrings for my grand-daughter and received socks. Sent approx. 20 emails and they have not replied to one. If you used your credit card to pay I would try to go through them to get the money refunded. Sorry I can't be positive.

Try cancel now if you can. And try block the payment with your bank or card. I received the same 2 Disney charms as everyone else that don’t even fit my bracelet. And even though I ordered 5 charms they keep offering me the same max 50% refund yet telling me how hard they’ve tried to help me. Even if they offered me a full refund, honestly I wouldn’t give them my credit card number again. It’s not a legitimate business. Just a front. Unfortunately you probably need to learn the same lesson as me and you’ve lost your money :-(

Hi Jennylynn, I am so sorry you were scammed. I contacted them through their illegitimate website, in all I sent them 12 emails they responded to maybe 4 of them. They asked me to reconsider my order, I said no and demanded my money back. They kept saying the money was being processed. I never received the refund, my bank investigated and refunded the monies as I payed with my debit card. The bank cancelled my card & issued a new one. Have you cancelled your credit card. What I can suggest is you cancel your card and lodge a dispute with the credit card company. They in turn will try and make contact with them. It is more than likely that you won't receive your order or will you receive a refund for your order. Your you billed twice for your order? I contacted Pandora direct, they are aware of the website & have shut it down several times. I don't know that these scam websites will ever be shut down, they seem to find ways to reopen.

I have not been able to resolve my issue with them. I'm not sure how to shut them down, I have been thinking about getting some legal advice..... they are so bad...

Hi Jenny, you can lodge a dispute with your bank, and bank will block your card first and return the money to you.

Cheap Crap alright,nothing like the pictures ,they are all photo shopped pictures , I ordered 2 pandora rings and when they arrived they looked like plastic and horrible like kids play rings , nothing like my order, ask for a refund and cancel your order, or you have to send the stuff back and that will cost you.

I received my order and it was fake. My bank has refunded me in full. You will need to have copies of all correspondence with the seller as well as the order and the website details. Your bank will ask you to contact the seller and say that it is not as described on the website and you want a refund, then wait 2 weeks for a response, and you will not get one. You then let the bank know and they will issue a refund and try to contact the seller themselves. Hope this helps.

Only what appears on the website unfortunately. I'm still waiting for a reply. My order eventually arrived, not a delicate pandora ring as ordered, but a chunky cheap piece of rubbish with crystals missing.

I'm now waiting to hear back from them with refund details (I expect to have to wait an eternity) Good luck with your quest.

The only contact was through the website. Contact your bank. It will take a few weeks but they will reverse the transaction.

I am so sorry that they have done this to you to. You will never get a refund from jewelleryshop-au.com but I contacted my bank. I received my order but as expected it was just cheap junk. My bank asked me to wait a couple of weeks to see if my order came and then to again request a refund.After 15 days with no response they reversed the transaction. So, please report this purchase to your bank immediately. It will take about 5 weeks but your bank will refund you. Hope this helps. Jan

I'm in the process of attempting a charge back. I have read in a previous review someone managed to get their money back via their bank NOT #jewellery shop.com.au. Make sure you have as much evidence as possible and take screen shots of your attempts to contact them. Good luck.

Hi, Really does the bank refund.....I have too been stupid! omg I would never generally do this and I did. It was my daughters Christmas present. Took the gamble on quality, but didn't expect no product to rock up. Hope the bank will refund...…
