I ordered boots three weeks ago and I have not received any emails. I do not have an order number but you took my money. Can you tell me what is happening

I'm not from YOOX. Just another customer... Can you check your profile on your log-in and check previous orders? You should be able to see the order number there. I've bought from this company many times and also sent returns back to them. Each time it takes 3-4 weeks to receive goods (or refund in the case of returns) but I've never had any issues.
