Where is my order, I was under the impression that the items I ordered were from an Australian manufacturer but I get billed from Ireland . My order is small and lightweight and I believe it should not take between 10 to 28 days to get here.

if i login to australian website on zazzle would the price be in australian dollar and how much postage am i looking at if this is ship in sydney australia
Hi Eduardo, the prices displayed on our Australian domain are in Australian Dollar. The shipping price varies on the product you are purchasing. I recommend you enter any desired items into your shopping cart, enter your shipping details, which will in return display all prices for you. I would like to sell my zazzle products on ebay but only in Australia with Australian Dollars. Can I advertise zazzle products and then order them myself to send out. I don't want them to go direct to zazzle to buy. Is that possible to set up?

I placed an order & paid via debit card and it sent the order confirmation to something along the lines of (hide my email) so i never got a confirmation email is there anyway i can view it?

You can find it in your account settings on your iPhone: Settings > Apple ID > Password & Security > Apps Using Your Apple ID. I ordered a customised pillow on November 13th. My product was produce on the 23rd. I have not received any emails from zazzle since then. I’ve been tracking my order and the last update was on the 1st of Dec, where it said that my package arrived at my country but the maps said that it’s still in the US? I paid nearly 100 dollars for the pillow.
If you paid via PayPal, make a complaint to them.
i paid via debit, I’ve tried messaging them but they haven’t responded it’s been 4 weeks

Thanks for the quick reply. Unfortunately, the un-tracked shipping method you selected gives very limited updates on where your package is in transit. It's with Australian Post now and should arrive soon. Hi I ordered earring cards in Australia, price given as $42, yet deducted as $67. The $42 was USD yet I am a repeat customer and have never been charged in USD thanks

Hi there, I've created stuff on Zazzle but it's now coming up in US dollars and for some reason it's on the US website - I'm in Aust and signed up on the Aust site and I can't transfer my work across either, help?
Hi! Good question! The designs you create in your Zazzle store on Zazzle.com.au will automatically show on all Zazzle domains, for our world wide audience, in their local currencies. We are redirecting our customers to the right site. I advice you to keep publishing your designs on the Australian site. Happy designing!

I've received my Welcome Poster today, which is lovely. However, the box was damaged and so too the paper, which the poster was wrapped in (crushed). This in turn has creased the Welcome Poster at the top. I've taken photos. Could you please tell me how to get the damaged Welcome Poster replaced with a new one?

Can someone please explain why a memorial bookmark consisting of a lengthy poem and photograph, as per advertised option, would measure 2.5cm x 7.6cm (1" x 3"). A bookmark is usually about 2.5" x 7.6". I have contacted customer support, who just reiterated the size is in centimeters ! Even uploaded an example of a bookmark ( normal size) compared to the 1"x 3" to make my predicament clear.... HELP. I have spend time agonizing over the right design etc but the sizing is the problem.
