Has anyone bought items from a company named mojo epic.
I bought a six pack of different couloured leggings in March2018. They never arrived, I ask for a refund in April and go5 an email saying it was refunded, guess what to this day it never arrived.
This company is a scam yet they still advertise on FB and in my emails.

Hi, I have been waiting over a year to get a refund for my order 3306267. Initially you said you would refund it, and the money was added to my account on February 15 2017, but then this money was taken from my account without my consent on February 25 2017. It appears that both requests occurred on the same day on February 12 2017. I received previous emails that I would get my refund, however there has been no refund and nobody is now replying to my emails. Please can you advise me about how to get refunded for this order last year?
Hi. I had the same thing happen to me. I bought an item from them and it kept getting delayed in transit. I then requested a refund. That took a little while to receive only to have it taken back. As soon as I saw that they took the refund back I phoned my bank and disputed the transaction. I told my bank what happened even submitted all the email correspondence I had. The bank looked into it for me and I finally got my money back. I'm not at all surprised that the website has closed. They are shonky as hell.

Hi Scuba Angel, Zoxoro.com.au is now marked as "Store Closed". They have been shut down and I for one will monitor their existence into the future to make sure these scumbags never get a foothold in Oz again.
In your situation, if you haven't already done so, contact your credit card provider and dispute the transaction for Zoxoro in the grounds of non delivery of goods. This should require your credit card provider to immediately cancel your credit card and reissue you a new one. Highly recommended. The credit card provider should then provide a debit against your account, essentially refunding you. If the dispute is upheld, no further action. If dispute is overturned, then the credit card provider will reinstate the charge. Highly unlikely this will happen.

Hello like many others asking the same question where is my order #3362505. Received the same delay email mid way through transit apparently, today was the last date of the extended delivery schedule and guess what it didn't arrive. Now conveniently the tracking shows order number not recognised. Can you pls arrange for my refund as reading the reviews I won't likely receive my order? Will be reporting it to my bank today.

I reckon there is something really wrong with Zoxoro. I have emailed my bank and the ombudsman for advice (no response yet). I reckon you should do the same - a lot of complaining might help

Where is my order #3306563?? I ordered it as a Christmas present for my niece on the 24th of November but I still haven't received it and now want a refund as I've had to purchase another gift. I have sent several emails and left voicemails with no response from customer service. I don't understand who is running this company and how you are comfortable ruining so many people's christmas'.
Hi Lyndsm, I have been awaiting an order since the 20th November. As my shipment keeps getting 'delayed' and they will not refund my money as my shipment is in 'transit' I feel they wait for people to give up. So, today I have put in a dispute with the bank and also lodged a complaint with ACCC asking why this company is still allowed to trade with so many complaints listed! I am hoping more people will complain to the ACCC so they will have to take action.
Same with us. We ordered at the start of Xmas. And still nothing. It was for our 3 Year old daughter. She was devastated. This company stinks. Not sure how they can do this. Am going to set up a facebook page warning people about them.

How could I get my refund?
I don't have a refund yet, but actions I have taken are: sent multiple emails to all the Zoxoro accounts (still no responses), reported to my bank as paid on credit card, and opened a scam alert with consumer affairs. If I don't get anything in a week, will lodge with VCAT as a claim.

Have contact the scam hot line and also referred it to my banks visa card branch which is now issuing a disputed purchase against Zoxoro to try to get the money back
WELL it is the 21/11/16 and HAPPY DAYS my order has arrived finally. . ORDERED ON THE 10/10 /16 WITH 6 TO 12 DAY DELIVER but it took untill today 21/11/16 TO ARRIVE FROM THE USA . Strange the their web web sit is a AU address but supply from the usa..Also on the tracking site there is a TRACK button click on it it gives delivery details.
I placed an order in August, of course it never arrived. I requested a dispute to the bank in December and eventually i just got my money back to my credit card account. Please talk to your bank but not Zoxoro, they are hopeless and they only grab money from you!

So Zoxoro have finally messaged me about a rug I ordered months ago.
It had "arrived in destination country" over a month ago.
I was relieved because I thought it was no longer in the hands of zoxoro or Asendia, so maybe who ever had it in Australia would be a nice reputable company.
I enquired about the delay to Asendia and this morning I woke up to two messages. One from Asendia, the other from Zoxoro.
Asendia said that they were going to contact diversified trading group and they would contact me with more information and zoxoro said that there was an issue with shipping that has been resolved and that the product may be stuck in customs and "I am following up with the shipping company to determine what could have occurred along the way and to resolve this and will be sending you an email soon"
Is this actual progress or more crap?
We all seem to be experiencing the same treatment from this faceless so called company or person behind it all. He/they will come unstuck

I also had no replies to my emails. Post a scathing review, and low and behold, receive an email from support informing me a refund would be credited to my credit card aoccount. Certainly looks like they monitor this site.
I had no luck receiving any help from this company regarding the product I purchased until I wrote a scathing review & threatened to contact the ACCC. Amazingly I then had a message pop up in my inbox from a Zoroxo customer service staff member who proceeded to respond to every one of my angry emails. Three days later my "delayed" parcel eventually arrived which I refused upon delivery. This then prompted this shameless company to refund my money in full. So, yes - this company certainly does monitor this site!

As discussed I finally received my order after 6 weeks and it is incorrect.
The product has a “totally unusable” American power plug on it.
As noted prior, it was purchased here in Australia, supposedly stocked here in Australia, and therefore, one would rightly assume that it should have an Australian power plug and work here in Australia.
Once again, this is not good enough,

Has anyone had to wait over 3 weeks for delivery of BCI Printer Ink .. put in an order 5 July 2016 and still waiting 26 July 2016 .. "tracking" states In Transit ? Must be coming from Overseas by foot & Breast stroke ?? !
But they quote 12 days for delivery .. shouldn't they at least tell people it is going to be close to a Month before one sees their product ? ! I wrote to Zoxoro.com last night . I will see if I get a response from them within 24 hours as they state ? :(

Has anyone ever manage to get their refunds for returned goods. Waited 2 months to receive my goods, returned them and still no refund this has now been about 3 months.
After reading the reviews, I was mortified that how this company is getting away with this scamming and illegal trading

Hi, I managed to get a refund for a pair of snow boots I ordered and had the same trouble as everyone else. They got in touch with me through this website and gave me the option of a refund or continuing with the order. Within 3 working days of that they processed a full refund - much to my surprise. Hopefully you get it resolved.
Yes this site amazing the response was instant, still not got my refund yet...this was the email they sent me today so I hope it happens. I hope too everyone else on this site finally get satisfaction.........

Hi Marcella, I have posted on their Facebook page a very scathing message, left numerous emails and phone messages. I have since contacted my credit card company and they have begun to investigate, but have refunded my money for me. It will take 6-8 weeks for the investigation to be carried out. In the meantime I think we need to post to as many comments through social media as possible to warn others and hopefully ring alarm bells with authorities here. By the way they are based in the U.S.A.
Hi Thanks for your comment, that was my next step to contact my bank. When I returned my parcel the address was Australia, so I assumed that's where my refund would come from. However I will wait a few days to see if my refund has been deposited, if not then I will let the bank handle it.
They eventually refunded my money after ACCC threats. You will get your money back....eventually.
I have ordered an item called a "Back Tap" order No. 3155644 despite several emails and leaving messages on the telephone, nobody from Zoxoro has responded. Looking at the reviews I am very disappointed and wonder if I will receive my order. As necessary if I don't receive or hear soon I will take it up with Australian Consumer Affairs. Item needed very urgently. Anyone?

Jim, I managed to get a response by sending a message through the Zoxoro Facebook site. I threatened to report them to the AFP Cybercrime unit if I didn't get either a guaranteed arrival date and name of courier service or a refund of my money, Received an email within about 30 minutes saying there was a difficulty with my delivery and they would refund my money. That was last Friday night so money should be back in today or tomorrow at latest. Hope this helps. Cheers
Euginie, Very many thanks for your reply to my message regarding my order with Zoxoro. The company is quite obviously a bogus company they never reply to messages sent or to telephone messages. Since I posted my original message on this site I have been advised by the shipping company in USA (Asendia) that all parcels are on hold. In view of this I have sent a message to Zoxoro accounts department to refund the money I have paid them and cancel the order. Of course despite requesting an acknowledgement by return nothing has been received . I think my next step is to advise them I will be reporting them to Australian Federal Police Cyber Department as a bogus company to see if this will shake them into action. It seems I have been caught by this company and would suggest that nobody should place an order with them . I would think they have not paid their freight bills and subsequently customers are not receiving their goods, they are however very quick to take your money
