Great beans, good price, plus, when speaking with the staff, I discovered that Segafredo will service my coffee machine when I need it.

Feel Sad for CCD – Sadly CCD I believe has gone out of business, I can't get through to them on any of their Telephone numbers. I liked their coffee and have been getting the Indian coffee for years.

The selection of single origin beans is excellent with free shipping! Highly recommended.

back. Emails (despite their website saying they return them the same business day) have not been responded to either. One day I went through to the fault and maintenance people just to speak to someone and make sure the store was actually open. I got a person, he took the details of my query, and then I never heard back. Now they're not answering that number either.

Can you really trust them if you buy online and have a fault with the machine? Best go elsewhere.

We have a Z6 Jura coffee machine which was leaking water. Though we had previous successful repair via Jura Melbourne, (replacing the ceramic… Read more

grinder), we opted for a Sydney based authorised repairer, Espresso Connect Pty Ltd, Marrickville, NSW. We rang and confirmed they are an authorised repairer and dropped it off, paying an upfront "labour" charge of approx $130. Told the actual repair tech is in Canberra, & they'll send it down there, ringing when it comes back, about a week or two. The agent (male) indicated, Jura usually have kits incl "O" rings and there is a small plastic wheel (google search) which can crack under heat & pressure, which can leak. He estimated the cost of the kit at about $60-70. In any case, if the cost is likely to be greater, e.g. above $400 - he would call before going any further and give us the option to not proceed. We didn't get any calls and had to inquired where the machine was after approx week 3. Then upon getting the machine back, got invoiced for an additional $378.58. Making the total charged over $500. We never got the opportunity to discuss the "above $400" repair required or any additional fees & charges, which we were told would happen. Discussing by phone with the person from 'administration' about the failure of the business to properly advise us, as they agreed to, is disgraceful. The client service and ownership of their failure and lack of appropriate communication is a big issue. We could have sent the machine back to Jura Australia in Melbourne & had the repairs done there for less! Don't use Espresso Connect Pty Ltd, at Marrickville, if you have Jura Machine. Send it directly to Jura Australia.

It’s crap, all of it – Coffee - The coffee isn’t what it says it is, it just tastes like Cole’s home brand instant. is it good? Not really. Service - The customer service… Read more

is flat out bad, they do not respond, I emailed multiple times, no response. Nadda, so if you’re wanting a refund or return? Good luck. The subscription says cancel anytime, however a customer service person is the one that needs to cancel this for you and they don’t respond ??? Shipping took 3 weeks ? Website said it would only be 3/4 days

Would not reccomend.

They delete bad reviews on their website which is why I’m here.

Don’t buy this garbage.

NO REAL BUTTER ⁉️ What a surprising disappointment at the DOME Cafe at Subiaco, WA ⁉️ We love the Dome cafeteria and have been regular customers… Read more

for probably about 30 years. Hence ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Until today we have been well served at many locations and therefore we were regularly coming back.

Today, at noon on 31 March 2026 at the "Subiaco Dome" I asked for one of our favorite treats, "ciabatta with berry jam and real butter", instead of the spreadable margarine or Lurpak substitute.

I was trying to explain to a new assistant at the cashier that normally I get the "kitchen real butter" instead of the pad of spreadable Lurpak or margarine. In this case the assistant turned to a new manager that informed me that there will not be any more  the "kitchen butter". And I said that I am not using "margarine". The young lady manager didn't see any way to find a solution to satisfy the customer expectation or she lacks such skills❓ She has decided not to serve us.

As per attached photo, the Dome Cafe offers the ciabatta toast with a butter and in number of places where they had only spreadable margarine than the "kitchen real butter" was offered.

I think that the DOME Cafe management should address this issue of the real butter availability as not all customers use alternative controversial spreadable.  Thanks.

PS: I would consider degrading from ⭐⭐⭐⭐ to ⭐⭐ if no reply received within 2 weeks.

Looks bad. Tastes bad. Doesn't mix in well. Tried three sachets thinking I wasn't mixing it well-enough, but the end result is always the same - grey watery solution that tastes horrid. Tere's a reason why they're half price.

Small Aussie business in the Lake Macquarie region of NSW, a little niche cafe and selling whole bean coffee online as well. Very pleasant… Read more

transaction from the owner, I don’t live close enough to visit in person so I asked some questions about the coffee via email Before doing an online order and he followed up with his mobile number in case I needed further assistance, great chat with Dave the owner and I placed an order after our phone call and it was delivered 2 days later, it’s the quickest delivery I have ever received from any business.

I got the sample pack and the aroma of coffee just opening the box was amazing. The coffee is just as amazing, no bitter aftertaste and it goes through my cheap espresso machine with ease and a lovely crema on top and very smooth. Highly recommend giving this a try.

I have tried my Anzac biscuit blend coffee beans and I love it, you can smell the Anzac biscuit just opening the bag, very nice coffee indeed no bitterness and suitable for using in my French press and my mini coffee to go maker, it’s also suitable for your automatic home coffee machines.

They also sell coffee pods and merchandise themed around military stuff, coffee syrups and gift cards etc that give back.

I am now about to try my chocolate fudge coffee beans and I can’t wait you can smell the hint of chocolate.

Great customer service (coffee and machines) – I have been buying Illy ESE pods online from Kaffeina Group for a few years and recently decided to buy a new ESE pod machine on a subscription plan.… Read more

After I made the online purchase I received an email from one of the sales staff querying whether I had choosen the correct postage option as free delivery was actually available. My postage costs were then refunded. Unfortunately when I received the coffee machine it had some intermittent problems, and I rang the wonderful lady at reception who was extremely helpful. She organised a free return label, and communicated with me by email and phone to advise of the progress and ultimately replaced it with a new machine. This company truly cares about their customers and offers great after sales service. They sell a range of machines and coffees (beans, ground, capsules and ESE pods), are Australian owned and also offer a rewards program. I highly recommend that you check them out.
