Only inexperienced or naive travelers use these or Trivago. Both have been find millions for price fixing and dodgy practices. Booking.com is the only site I use because they are cheapest and most trustworthy.

deposit back at Heathrow (having been given the all clear from the Enterprise agent at return check in) DriveNow said they were just the booking agent and I'd have to contact Enterprise. Enterprise said I needed to go through the third booking agent in this case DriveNow. After a laborious round and round of getting no where I've given up. If something goes wrong in my experience you'll get zilch help from DriveNow.

rental fulfilled by Priceless Car Rental. When I arrived to collect the vehicle, I was told it was not available. The staff at Priceless Car Rental were incredibly rude and unhelpful, offering no practical solution and leaving me to sort the situation out myself.

I understand that the vehicle availability issue itself may not be entirely Priceline’s fault. However, what has followed in terms of handling the situation is completely unacceptable.

I was forced to secure a replacement vehicle from another company at short notice. After doing so, I contacted support and was clearly advised that I would be reimbursed the difference in cost. I relied on that assurance.

The replacement vehicle was a standard minivan, consistent with my original booking (“Chrysler Pacifica or similar”). Despite this, Priceline is now refusing to reimburse the difference, claiming the vehicle is not identical—despite their own terms clearly allowing for “or similar” vehicles.

This has resulted in unnecessary stress, wasted time, and ongoing back-and-forth to try and resolve something that should have been straightforward.

The lack of accountability and refusal to honour what was promised is extremely disappointing.

I would not use this service again.

charging my card since September 2025.

While the company states the terms were accepted during checkout, the recurring subscription arrangement was not presented clearly or in a transparent manner.

When I contacted customer support, they did cancel the membership promptly and confirmed no further charges would occur. However, they refused to provide any refund for the charges already processed, despite me explaining I did not knowingly intend to sign up to an ongoing membership.

My advice to others is to avoid booking through this company and to monitor your bank statements carefully after making any purchase.

Disappointing experience overall.

flights through price comparison app Jetcost, linked to flightsmerchant to complete payment for flight tickets payed the $2854.34 for the travel. Received reservation email. Sent further email to request correction to details. Realised that was highly likely to have been a scam and contacted bank to have card details changed.

Do not provide any information or payments to this provider.

said it's ok, you will receive a confirmation email within the next 2 hours, if you don't please book directly on the company website - which I did and it was about 40 bucks cheaper. Great! :)))
