received a booking reference number and everything looked legitimate.
However, when we arrived at the airport, we were denied boarding because the tickets were NOT registered in the airline’s system.
We immediately contacted Tea Flight and handed the phone to the airline manager to clarify the issue. Despite this, the airline confirmed there was no valid ticket in their system.
Tea Flight then advised us to urgently purchase new tickets costing $1,270.64, assuring us that the full amount would be 100% refunded since the issue was their mistake. We even received an email confirming the refund.
Trusting their assurance, we purchased new return tickets on the spot to avoid missing our flight.
Now, they are refusing to provide a full refund, claiming the original return tickets were still valid — which makes no sense because we were denied boarding due to their failure to properly register the tickets.
This has caused us unnecessary stress, financial burden, and inconvenience — all due to their error and poor service.
Please be very careful when booking through third-party agents like Tea Flight. It is much safer to book directly with the airline to avoid situations like this.
Extremely disappointing and unprofessional service.

deposit back at Heathrow (having been given the all clear from the Enterprise agent at return check in) DriveNow said they were just the booking agent and I'd have to contact Enterprise. Enterprise said I needed to go through the third booking agent in this case DriveNow. After a laborious round and round of getting no where I've given up. If something goes wrong in my experience you'll get zilch help from DriveNow.

from the description at the time of booking and showed serious deficiencies. These issues were thoroughly documented during the stay (photos and videos) and properly reported. Neither the hotel nor Destinia provided any effective remedy.
Particularly concerning was Destinia’s handling of the complaint. For an extended period, Destinia was practically unreachable despite numerous attempts to make contact. Substantively, we were repeatedly referred back to the hotel, even though Destinia acts as the contracting travel agency and remains responsible for the proper performance of the booked services. From my perspective, no genuine review of the complaint or independent solution was undertaken.
Instead of a proper resolution, responsibility was repeatedly shifted between the hotel and the agency. No meaningful assistance, no adequate alternative accommodation, and no effective remedial measures were provided.
In response to the substantiated complaint, Destinia offered only a symbolic compensation of EUR 50, which was clearly disproportionate to the extent of the deficiencies. At a later stage, another EUR 50 was offered, but only on the condition that a confidentiality obligation be accepted. No refund or adequate compensation was granted.
Overall, I was left with the impression that complaints are handled in a way that avoids refunds by redirecting customers to the service provider, rather than taking responsibility as the contracting party.
In light of this handling, I am now preparing to escalate the matter to the competent Spanish consumer protection authorities. In parallel, I reserve the right to pursue legal remedies against Destinia as the contracting travel agency. As a legally trained professional, I consider this step necessary given the lack of adequate response and resolution.
This review reflects solely my personal experience and assessment and is intended to provide factual information to other travelers.

Budget. The booking was for pay at the counter, but the company that we got pushed into (Advantage Car rental) withdrew all the money at the moment of the booking for the 5 days. Canceled right away, but the $500 was withdrawn and Priceline didn't take any responsibility regarding it. Was a VIP customer, but that was my last transaction with them.

flights through price comparison app Jetcost, linked to flightsmerchant to complete payment for flight tickets payed the $2854.34 for the travel. Received reservation email. Sent further email to request correction to details. Realised that was highly likely to have been a scam and contacted bank to have card details changed.

when I actually went in to book, the price was $250 more! I emailed the firm about this anomaly and in its reply it blamed a third party for the problem. It did not offer to honour its advertised price nor did it change anything online as the exact same scenario was showing on the following day. I took screen shots to show the discrepancy.

Refund was never received and after I contacted them and asked for evidence that it was sent they had me resubmit all my transaction details. I did this along with transcript of the entire conversation. They then ceased responding.
No deposit has been refunded.
Suspect this company makes a habit of this as I have since found other complaints on line.
