needs a high pillow; his last pillow was continuously pounded at night to make him comfortable. The Ecosa has not been bashed, pounded, punched, or growled at! He loves it; he’s slept much better and has had no problems with his ears since. I was thinking I’d have trouble adjusting it for him but no, I’m not permitted to touch it or remove any of the layers- it’s perfect! Thank you

screws would not go in and I had to use a wrench to turn them, but eventually got there! Design wise it would have been better if it was a click in system instead of screws. Bed base is sturdy once the screws are tightened properly and does not make noises at all when jumping on the bed or moving around during sleep…Very happy with my purchase!

plus for us. Our only concern is that the sales person advised us to zip off and wash the cover instead of using a mattress protector. However, the mattress surface feels slippery under a single sheet. We worry that adding a second sheet or a mattress protector to fix that will lead to heat retention.

showroom to have a look, buy online and arrange delivery. The bed is gorgeous! The grey colour is nicer than it appears in the pictures online (it's more of a true grey and not as yellow as online). It was easy to install and doesn't squeak. I would buy from them again.
