[urgent] Hi,

I'm planning to buy a house built by Alkira homes. The vendor seem to not have any building design plans. I wanted them for my reference before I go ahead with the deal. I can't even seem to find any Werner's where access home design plans are there. Can anybody please point me to a website for access homes or a contact who I can talk to to get the plans.

Yes. I had to do a bit of searching as I have an issue but they are still a legal entity. Just do a licence search or call them on 8882 9698

I have heard that Alkira do not allow independent site inspectors for the various stages of building, is this true?

We had the choice when I was building. I'm not sure of the situation now.

No they definitely do not allow this. We tried and got knocked back. Talking to the building inspectors most other home builders allow for this during the build phase.

Hi, Thankyou for your enquiry. Unfortunately we don’t build in that area at present, hopefully within the next 18-24 months. At present we have 8 new display homes in the Sydney area, the plan is to expand to the North in the near future as we do have quite a few requests!
