Hi there, how are we supposed to be receiving reimbursement for a claim? The claim shows "closed" and the payee is listed as "PEOPLECARE" with $3884 going to them. We have paid all medical costs in full ($4386) to the hospital, so we are now out of pocket with a closed claim... Could you please assist? Thanks

Com Date of birth: 23/06/1996 My contact number:+919912984531 I had applied for the refund of my policy in the last month of October 2020 till now I have not received my money. I got a mail on 2 November 2020 that ur refund money will be transfer to account with in 5 -7 business days still now there is no money refunded in my account. If I contact to ur agent they saying will connect to refund form section members n they are hanging out their calls. Take this issue as serious and make call from ur side. I have not heard from you about the reimbursement I requested more than a month ago. I claimed my money back because I left Australia before the expiration of my OSHC. I am still waiting for the bank transference?

Don't do it, is the worse Health Insurance Company, go for Bupa or NIB. Believe me, Allianz is a nightmare

I have been with Allianz more than 10 years. Since last 2-3 they have been providing terrible services. Specially, when I launched claim they were keep asking back dates documents which I dont suppose to provide them. I claimed my medical expenses which was on 2018 but they need my visa in between 2013-2016. Today I replied back email and mentioned clearly if you keep doing to avoid not accepting claim. I have to informed ombudsman resolves disputes. Please be aware they are 1) Hard get claim 2) Unprofessional employees because they are handling from overseas. 3) Prepare to waste time to get the claim. 4) Cannot claim personally. We need to claim through app online which is terrible. 5) There is no dedicate department to claim because everything is online. 6) You have waste time to inform everyone on public domain as well as fight back along with ombudsman. 7)When you will launch claim in person make sure atleast you should have 2-3 hours because I was 3 in queue and got my turn after 1 hour. note :- This is all the problem I am facing so far. I am sure there are soo many people facing problem because this week when I went there office for launching claim i had been informed that I can only claim through app.

I have been facing same problem that is I came to expose what allianz is doing. Extending policy is no huddle very smooth but when we do medical claim then we know the real face so of the compacy. They ask so many soo many unnecessary documents and sure many people give to claim because its wastage of time. They know if they keep make hard to claim some people give up.
Why your company do not accept the dental care while others insurance company like bupa do

I am currently a member of the 4th year of oshc and I am an international student who wants to extend my oshc next month. I have to extend for the next two years. Do I have to join as a couple? Of course, couples know that premiums are expensive due to reasons such as pregnancy, but we are already older and will not receive medical benefits for reasons such as pregnancy. I would like to ask if my husband and I can get general medical benefits even if we sign up as individuals. The risk of pregnancy and other risks may be of limited benefit.
