Why has my order been camcelled after been posted. NOT HAPPY
I made an order early yesterday and have still received no confirmation of order. I need this product before the 1st of December so it urgently needs to be shipped… nobody is replying to my emails. If it can’t reach my destination before the 1st I will need a refund.
I purchased two pairs of pyjamas from your store for Christmas. One set for myself, and one set for my sister. Both are red. They have both stained our bedding red. I'm very unhappy. I would like to return them as they are not fit for purpose. Do I just return them to the store with my receipt?

This is my first time placing an order on Ally so I was able to use a first order discount code so when I entered all my details and was ready to check out and place my order, the screen reloaded back to the checkout page. I thought this might be a glitch so I entered all my details again and tried to use the same discount code but it told me it was invalid. This made me wonder that maybe my order did go through however I did not receive any notification or an order number, but why is my first order discount not working unless I already placed an order? I went to the 'My Orders' section of my account and there was nothing there. I'm contemplating whether I should place another oeder because what if I have already done so once, and this time I don't even have a discount code.

i contacted someone at ally online about if i bought something online for 30% off, could it be refunded in store. They sad yes. But when i tried to refund it in store they said they couldnt and would only give me credit. im confused is it just this ally location?

Order 003110016 can you please cancel my order
I really want to order from Ally, after looking at the range they offer, but all the reviews have actually made me think 100 times before i put my money in that, if shipping is such a major problem for them, like most people said the courier gets lost on the way or arrives after months of wait and also most of them have not even been refunded their money, why then they dont change the courier providers and make it better for people? As much as I am tempted to buy from them looking at the courier services feedback it seems like a big risk.
