Hello, I ordered $160 worth of clothing on 21/11/20. There has only been one piece of clothing, out of 7 shipped the others have not even been processed. I wish to cancel the remaining items. I ask for a full refund on the other items. If I don’t get a answer regarding this question I will be asking PayPal to refund my money. Thank you Deb

I might also add, the piece of clothing that has been supposedly posted over a week ago has still not been delivered. Deb

Did you go to Paypal and get a refund? After receiving my terrible clothes from Anniecloth, I created a dispute through Paypal. Anniecloth would respond and keep offering me higher percentages to just accept the poor quality, ill-fitting dresses. Because I read the reviews on this site, I continued to refuse their offer. Eventually, my case went to Paypal and within hours, Paypal issued me a full refund. Good luck!

I ,did start a PayPal dispute. Anniecloth were going to give me a refund but I had to post the items back to them. I found it cheaper to accept the % refund they offered then to post the clothes back to them. I have learnt one very valuable lesson.....NEVER buy clothes online from a different country. Thanks for interest.
