Im 190cm tall (6,3) and skinny what size should I get for my oversized shirts. On the website the models who are my height are wearing mediums but medium has never fitted me before i've always need large-extra large. Seriously! Just ordered about 5 tops 1 jumper. Went up two sizes from my normal size and whilst they fit they are so short!!!!! Who are you modeling your plus size range on?? I am 5'7 its not like I am a giant and these tops JUST pass my belly button. A lot of plus size women are 5'9 and above.... it's such a shame! I want a larger person to design plus size clothing not skinny people with no idea!!

They are sent from ASOS warehouse in the UK. I’ve always ordered express post to Aus for years when shopping with them. No issues what so ever, I can only guess their bad rating on here is due to the fact these people love to complain about bad experiences but are less inclined to praise the good. In my experience I would add one full business day extra to the delivery estimate you receive from ASOS shipping info. I live in Perth, WA and find that it usually takes 3 days to arrive in Perth and then a full day to my doorstep. At times this has been delayed no more than one extra business day depending on the courier company used to bring to your door. It seems different companies pick up my ASOS orders (they must choose which ones they want to deliver etc) and some are better than others.
I’ve ordered from ASOS probably more than 30 times and any delays in delivery were never through any fault with ASOS...it has always been down to lazy couriers on our end who hold onto packages to deliver the next day at their convenience. Frustrating but 10000% you can trust ASOS and I hope you enjoy doing so

Yes judging by all these reviews. I ordered 2 jumpers as gifts, paid for express shipping and have not received them by delivery date. I now have to go an buy something from a shop and am scared if my items will even arrive

Read all the other reviews, there are 249/520 1 star reviews and 47/520 2 star reviews, all complaining about delivery times and incorrect sizes!

I have read great reviews and some not so great regarding delivery. I need to order some stuff and be sure it will arrive by 5th Jan, i will order today (26th Dec), do you think it will arrive in time (10 days) ?
Definitely not. I paid for Express Delivery 4 weeks ago. When I track the order, it says it took 1 week to leave their warehouse...was sitting at the U.K courier's hub for a week, now it has been sitting in a Russian courier's hub for 2 weeks. I live in Australia so who knows when it will actually arrive, and reading all these other recent reviews, I'm expecting things to either be missing or horrendously over-sized. Wish I read ProductReview before making my first purchase with ASOS...I spent $1000 lol.
