I online purchased some plain white baby bodysuits (baby berry 3 packs) but when they arrived they were a cream colour, more like an off white shade and the colour was completely different to how they look on your website. I was disappointed as I needed white not off white! To make matters worse, most of the bodysuits were marked with brown splotches. Some had large splotches and others had scattered specks of brown on them. In total out of 12 bodysuits only 2 didn't have these brown marks. I returned them to my local store and asked to exchange them for WHITE bodysuits with no brown marks only to find ALL the bodysuits in store were the same cream colour! And many of them had these same brown marks on them. When will best and less have the plain white (not cream) baby bodysuits available again please???

Hi , just wanted to know on behalf of my family, friends ,neighbours and work colleagues is what is the estimated date for the great closing down / out of business sale ??? No one I know are going to your stores any more as a result of your policy of discrimination and human rights abusers. Your products are damn anyway and won't be missed.

Just wondering why customer service never reply to emails? Is they just can't be bothered? Received a email from best & less advising of 15% discount on next purchase before my birthday date. I made a purchase & was charged full price. I've sent 2 emails & no one has replied. There was no code or voucher, just buy anything before certain date. Not sure I'll be bothered buying anything from you in the future. So my question, why don't you bother with customer service anymore? Very disappointing

You really need to up your customer service game, Best and Less. Been waiting over two weeks for a local online order. Sent maybe 10 emails and had not one single response. Absolutely useless. I have been a customer for a long time but I won’t be coming back. At least give me the option to refund my order so I can go and get what I need elsewhere. Seriously the worst customer service anywhere, ever.

I bought many times in bless and less in store. Many children and baby clothes died after second times of washing . I just wonder that It is because of cheap price so quality is poor? However, when calculating , cheap price and many times purchasing, it is more expensive than purchasing good quality .
