Im trying to return an order but the order number is not being recognised. How can i return now?
I placed an oreder for my elderly mother and the money has been taken out of her account but we haven't received a confirmation email of the order, there has been no correspondence at all so we have lodged a bank dispute assuming this is a scam.
I don't have valid tracking for my order. Boohoo won't provide it. How do they send items in Australia? What courier should I speak with ? I'm so confused. Is this even legitimate?
There's a "track order" button on my email invoice with the order number too.
I need the Australian return address to chase up a lost parcel with Australia Post I've emailed Boohoo and they don't know! I cannot find on the website. It's apparently on the packaging, which I have returned I know it was a PO BOX in CHULLORA, NSW and has the post code of 1405 Can anyone help here? Thanks

When ordering shoes from boohoo in Australia, are the displayed shoe sizes in uk size or Aus size?
UK and Australia should be the same, only u.s. is smaller
