I have asked for a refund and my order status is canceled but yet I still haven't received my money! This is frustrating me Please refund the money!!!!

I’ve just bought a book from Booktopia opened the app & downloaded the book but when I turn pages to read they’re blank Apps on my IPad

Hi Robyn, Sorry to hear this! Try this: Open the eBook in your Library and tap the middle of the screen once to bring the menu up. Along the green banner is an option for "Contents". Choose Chapter 1 and this will take you to the beginning of the book. If you're still seeing blank pages after this let me know and I'll have someone get in touch with you. i have an samsung galaxy tab a 10.5 and running Booktopia Reader. when i open book to read the fonts are too small to read. how do i increase the size of these?

Hi Geoff, Thanks for contacting us. To increase the font size of a book, open the eBook on your device then tap the screen once to bring up the menu. Once you’ve done this, click Settings in the bottom right hand corner. There will be section called "Text Size" and a plus and negative sign that will increase or decrease font size respectively. Tap the plus sign a few times and the font size will increase. If the plus sign goes grey then you're not able to increase the size any more. Once you’ve done this, make sure you click Save in the top right corner to save the changes. I hope this helps, let me know if you need anything else. Kind regards, Jessica Customer Service

i have been happy with booktopia service previously but i had 4 novels sent to me by mistake - emailed them - no reply rang for 3 days finally got through only to be cut off - call was not returned my current order has not been dispatched after a week extremely unhappy as i have been on the phone for 15 minutes already how do i return their novels?

Hi Wilcox I bought a physical book, have not used their ereader. You might need to ask for customer support or ask googleHi Wilko, Tap the screen once to bring the menu up. There's a slider at the bottom, with a circle on the page number you're on. Tap and hold the circle and drag it along the slider until you find the page you're after, then let go. Hi. I have purchased and downloaded an Ebola Om an iPad mini. When I look at my library there is a 'white book' no picture of the book. If I open it there are a lot of blank pages. I can see an index and the front cover but as I flip through the pages they are all blank white. It tells me there are 300+ pages but I can't see them. Help :(

I have joined Booktopia today and ordered an eBook online. The payment was successful and I have had emailed to me an order number. I have downloaded the android app on my Samsung phone and tablet. Logging in is no problem, but no book. It is very frustrating as google play books is an immediate download. I would expect the same here. Can you help please?

How do you share a purchased ebook with someone else?

Hi Kerri, eBooks can't be shared with other people, they're only available to download from your own Booktopia account. You can, however, download the eBook to as many devices as you like, as long as they're signed into your Booktopia account. Kind regards, Jessica Customer Service

How do I self-publish a book on Booktopia?

I have just put Adobe Digital Editions and the Booktopia Reader app on my Lenovo Android tablet, bought a book and EVENTUALY worked out how to down load it there and into my library. Seems to work OK. I see in the questions page here I can view/download the same book onto my PC but the download, while showing I have already downloaded it to the Lenovo only gives me the option to also load it to my LG Android phone but not the PC. Why not please? You also suggest in one answer to go to the 'Help' area but there doesn't appear to be one. Also it is awkward to scroll the pages for some reason.

Hi Olden grey, All you should need to do is download Adobe Digital Editions to this PC as well and you will need to authorise it to the same Booktopia account you used on your Android device. Try downloading the eBook file and as long as Adobe Digital Editions is installed correctly on your PC it should automatically open and ask you to authorise. There are instructions for authorising Adobe Digital Editions in our Help Centre.
