Thanks for messaging Buyinvite. In this instance, I've manually lodged a return for you and have sent through a separate email with further instruction. Please follow these three easy steps to return.
1. Prepare Your Return Items must be returned to us in brand new condition, with the packaging being exactly as it was when you received it. Products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that were shipped with the Product.
If the returned Product is in a noticeably used condition, we may not accept your return. Clothing and footwear items may not be returned if they have been noticeably worn or if swing tags have been removed.
2. Book Your Return Visit external link to book your return via OmniReturns. Simply confirm the details about your return, select your service and complete payment. From here you will be emailed a label that must be attached and secured to your parcel before sending back to us. Ensure you keep note of the tracking ID to follow your return back to our facility.
3. Sit Back And Relax! Once we receive your return we will process this within seven business days. Our Returns Team will contact you via email to confirm once this has occurred.
Your return will be processed in accordance to our Return Policy, which can be found here: external link . For voucher reimbursements, your voucher will be available against the My Vouchers section of your Account straight away. Each voucher has its own expiry date and must be used before this time. You can expect to see any monies owed reach your bank account within five business days of being processed. Please note if you have paid using OurPay, we will adjust any outstanding installments and arrange to refund any overpaid money within ten business days.

Unfortunately in your case certain situations just came up suddenly and we failed to dispatch the items within the planned time frame. Hey Sadie, I'm sorry to see that you are still to receive your order. Unfortunately, there has been no update from our brand partners just yet in regards to the stock dispatch date. We will keep on chasing for an update and try to further expedite this. Alternatively, due to the time elapsed, would you consider a full refund instead? Please accept my apologies for not being able to provide a resolution at this time.

I placed an order for 3 dresses on 9 Sept 2018, the order history says they arrived in stock on 19 Sept 2018. Two emails via the Contact Us sector BuyInvite have gone unanswered. I think the wait time for my order, which I have paid for is unacceptable particularly without contact.

Hi Moet. This was the exact same problem I had. The only way I got a response that would eventually fix my problem was to post something publically about Buyinvite on this forum. They provide no contact info and the ‘contact us’ section of your account is only of benefit if you can access your account.
I had my problem fixed but won’t shop there anymore.

Hi, I keep writing about the refund and I receive answers: 1. 'We didn't receive it yet'-though tracking number I paid for says 'it's been delivered'. 2. Then the answer: 'we received it but haven't processed yet'. 3. Then 'we will swiftly process your refund'. 4. Contact by phone: ,we escalate the issue and we will process your refund in 5 business days'. 5. Then again: 'that it's in a process of refunding'
