There is a Camilla dress for sale online yet I am told does not have a size inside of it nor any style numbers, only the label Camilla, would it not have a silk label inside and the size? Is this likely to be an original Camilla, it is the one with the front zip, though inner lining is blue as is the zip, which it seems falls and is not staying up as it should. Thank you

Hi there, I’m still waiting for my order to be sent from Camilla Warehouse Online shopping. It’s nearly a month and I still have nothing. My friend is also still waiting for her order which already been a month or so and hasn’t got any updates as well.
I’ve received an email 2 weeks ago saying that there’s some kind technical problem that need to be fixed. How bad is the problem? I’m starting to get worry and wondering if I actually will get my order at all?
I’ve been sending emails. The first email I sent I’ve got an automatic reply saying that “we’ll be in touch shortly” but with the last email I’ve sent, I have zero response. Yet, I keep getting emails about new collections almost everyday.
Can someone help me to find out what is actually happening and give a clear idea of what’s going on?
Hi I totally understand that panic about not receiving an order payed and nothing arriving, Hopefully you have paid with PayPal and you go straight to PayPal and tell them what is happening and they will definitely help you they will look into it and and if they can see no response will refund ur money and you decide what you do from there same applies if you go to your bank get all the details and ask if they can assist you!
Then I guess if your really fed up I would go to CONSUMER AFFAIRS and hopefully they can help Good luck
Sadly I’ve my paid with my credit card and it’s a lot of money. I’ll send another email to the company and hope will hear from them. If not then I’ll take the next step. Thanks for your advice.
Hi I purchased an A line flutter dress on line. The photos and video on the site show the dress coming to a fraction above the knee on the model and also states that she is 5’10!!! Well I’m 5’8 and the dress is way too short for me I’m very disappointed is there any reason for this or is you’re advertising false?
i think the advertising is very misleading..i would never buy from camilla on line again..i had a nightmare getting a refund .they are not helpful at all..
I am looking at buying a Camilla A Line frill dress on line. I normally wear a size 10 or 12 but have been told the sizing is quite generous. Could anyone suggest if I should purchase in S or M Regards Penny
What is the sizing like for Camilla leather slides with side buckle and toe loop? I want to know if they are really true to size or if I should go up a size. I usually wear a size 40 or 41 as I have a fairly long and broad foot. Thank you.

Please can you answer where exactly are these products made. an Honest real answer please, so much child slave labour, children spending hours and hours and hours beading, hand stitching, the public need to know where your products are made, they are so expensive, having bought silk items from Asia which are of great quality, many people know the real cost which is quite Inexpensive, even when bought by the metre. Even to have something hand made in Asia is very inexpensive. An honest answer please.
They are made in China and India .... huge mark up.

Hi thank you for your response. Having said that these products are not proportionally priced. Silk is luxurious individualistic and timeless in itself, the strongest of all natural fibres. I have no doubt the quality is there. The prices you charge would definitely not reflect the labour and price you pay, its a free enterprise I understand, and I believe your marketing is superb, however, your mark up would be extortionate. Young girls who are still at school wearing these garments is a kick in the head for he Indians who sew and embellish. Sorry. Maybe if the silk came from Asia, and made here.
Hello Sandy, Thanks for sharing this feedback with us. We feel that the magic of purchasing a CAMILLA piece is not just about the garment itself, but the story and craftsmanship involved in creating a unique and bespoke CAMILLA artwork.
From following up with our production team, we can share with you the process that Camilla and her design tribe have under gone to release our current Australia collection.
Early last year, Camilla spent three weeks journeying throughout her home-land gaining inspiration for this collection. From her trip, 3, 600 hours were used to create over 200 prints, which were impossibly culled down to just 80 to be released.
In total, our designers have spent 6 months designing, ranging, fitting and sampling to create each individual piece. All of our Garments are cut by hands with each print placed individually based on the silhouette. This process on average 72 hours per garment.
Furthermore, our price points are reflective of the cost of artisan production and materials. We are proud to keep the hand crafted process of our garments and this is what makes each piece a unique treasure and wearable art form.

I wear size 8 Lululemon too. I get size L Camilla tights. I could go down to a medium if that’s all that had. But it just increases the stretch and possible see thru factor. I would say I’m on the border between the two.
