Hi Erin, sorry there is not enough information on the model of opener to answer. Call our service department for help. I believe your older oper may have a battery backup and this is the indicator on the battery telling you the state of the battery .
My Centurion Garage door shows a E7 error. How can I fix it
E7 is an alert telling you the door is too heavy and needs a service. The best way to test this is to close the door and place in manual by pulling the cord. Lift the door about half a meter off the ground. If the door stays at this position, then spring balance is ok. If it falls to the floor, then the door is too heavy and needs spring adjustment. Adjusting springs is dangerous and should only be attempted by a trained technician. Please call our service department for guidance.

Good morning, HO - Holiday mode by design can only be removed from Holiday mode via the precoded handset that Holiday or lock down mode. If you have the wifi app the main account can also remove from Holiday mode. As this mode disable all buttons if you no longer have the remote then this issue cannot be reset. Please contact Centurion to discuss options.

My rollup garage door motor does not work at all. Batteries are fully charged remote light comes on but no sound from the motor also tried the manual button on the pc panel. Does the motor have a fuse? Where is it located? Will it help to put the power of to reset?

I can't close the garage door via the mobile app - it stops about a third of the way down and error message is “Opening offset exceeded “. I can open and close no problem with the other transmitters and recently had it serviced which didn't fix the issue. Any suggestions?
Hi Tim, due to the lower force required under the Australian Standard the opener will behave differently when operating via the app compared to the handsets. The Offset error will be due to the opener feeling some resistance just before it reverses. Using the door in manual may give some idea on this resistance. If a service did not resolve the issue, please contact our service department so we can discuss options.

Morning, HO is holiday mode which means you have locked the opener down. If you have the Wifi version turn off Holiday mode via the app. If you have done this via a handset you can only unlock via the handset. If this has been done by pressing buttons on the opener itself, you will not be able to fix as this is a security option. Can our service department for guidance.

depending on the opener. so I will assume it's a SDO4 Sectional Opener, pressing the light, which is a run button should run the door.

Hi Johna, E9 if a force error and LL is learn limits to recalculate force. The opener s telling you it is out of balance. Running via the run button which us the light may relearn force but if this won't relearn door is too heavy and needs a service to rebalance.

Hi Neethu, try closing garage via app, once you get opening offset error and door start reversing stop garage door immediately via aap, close door by transmitter and soon as door is about 1 feet from ground stop garage door again. Now close with app. This should get rid of the issue. It worked with me. Let me know how you go. I didn’t end up calling CG on provided number as I was able to fix the issue by myself.

If you power the unit off and back on it will enter relearn limits when powered back on.
Had a new Avanti belt tray fitted, the quick release handle won't engage or disengage to move manually. When resetting the door it then faults to E5 and L.L

Good morning, the T12 is quite an old model and quite unique in design. As the opener head and drive unit is in two sections the drive head gets power from a tab on the rail. I suspect the rail is dirty and needs a clean as it is not getting good contact to the power head.
RDO II installed about 3 months ago. Worked beautifully but since yesterday gives problems. When pressing remote, it opens by about 5 cm and then stops. The light goes off and the little green light "Learn led" flashes about 5 times?
Hi Wouter, Centurion Garage Doors does not supply an RDO11. If you are in South Africa you will need to contact the supplier as Centurion Australia has no connection with the South African business with a similar name.
My Centurion RDO2 does not want to work even in the dissengaged state. I hear the motor start very briefly and then stops. Secon question, is there a way to do a factory reset on these?
this sounds more like an issue with the manual release, so a factory reset is not an option. Contact a service agent or our service department for guidance.
