Hi I was just wondering if anyone didn't receive a confirmation email but still got their order?
Hi Trinity, I'm yet to get mine. I spoke to and Customer service today and she told me their systems had been down since Friday so there would be delays getting the emails. I got an email late today to say they are processing... So it's a waiting game. In saying that, placed an order with platypus a day after city beach... And I got that parcel today.
Could you let me know if you receive your items
Hi Trinity, I received my items today. I never received a confirmation email or a reply from customer service but yesterday received a text message and email saying that my items were on their way.

My daughter purchased a Mooloola dress from City Beach in Westfield Carousel Cannington and the dress has become unstitched on one of the frills and seems to have shrunk despite following washing instructions. She has worn it once as it now will not fit. I wanted to contact Mooloola directly but cannot find a way to do this. Unfortunately she has not retained the docket but I have photos of her wearing the dress on the day of purchase. Can you please provide me with contact details for the manufacturer of Mooloola clothing and I will take up my issue with them? Thank you

Yes i can't buy my son's DC shoes in store only on line & all was exerlant shipping in 2days exellant price..
I'll be buying more from this store online for my son as it was a good experience...
Yea I had a couple of good ( quick deliveries ) and then shot hit the fan for the next 2 orders, and always sign as I had my stuff pinched and can't get it back
Why I can’t purchase the same day delivery even if my post code is actually matching? At the moment of the check out it’s just express and standard!!!
