Im considering buying a pair of Chic City boots, Phoebe Knee High. I have a few issues with my feet and wanted to ask, is the toe area rounded, is the faux leather soft, and if they are not comfortable can i return to nearest store for full refund (as the lady at Robina Store said) Obviously the boots would be in the same condition i receive them Thankyou Sue
