Hi , how do the heritage sweaters fit? Are they oversized? Or should I size up if I want slightly baggy fit?

Their sweats are a large fit, go your normal size and it will still be a baggy fit :) especially the heritage sweats they are a really large baggy fit!

I just purchased today , I had purchased a pair of shoes in the past too. I cannot recommend this brand enough , they are the best and have recently made processors reasonable, go for it , guaranteed , I bought leather men desert boots for 150, you purchased 150 and get 50 back

Is country road still good quality? It used to be more expensive

At this point in time I cannot confirm or deny this. But if it has come down in price then one could assume it may have dropped, although many factors would contribute to this, as more turnover for them then a slump and maybe prices could rise again soon as a poor supplier could have got in the mix, causing many different factors for less sales. But I expect only great things for Country Road, in close future. I have communicated with the area manager and through our discussion he only adheres to good service and wear! He also in certain circumstances can't understand why different things happen. Great service and great quality has only built Country Road for many years to what it is today as it is an iconic brand af Australia.

Would I buy from here? No not after the satisfaction I got I have been in, bought, replaced items been given items, but it really isn't my style of clothes, but if you like all of the above, situations and can handle it then go ahead. I curently have one item there, that I need to pick up, but haven't been able to I also have a gift card from them that I don't know what I am going todo with, but everyone is different and may enjoy all these things but I certainly don't.

Their clothing is mostly good quality and good designs, however the customer service is what lets them down :(

Who is responsible for Quality control of materials used in the products sold at Country Road and Trenery.?

I would like to know where to direct my complaints as the Staff at the Shops are not interested and say to phone head office which I have done. They respond by instructing me to complain to the Shop Staff.

Consequently we continue to pay high prices for inferior product.

Have you had any luck? It really seems like they need some quality control. I have a torn pair of slacks from Country Road and it seems like a serious fault in the material.
