Is it possible to get a mortgage if I am working overseas, i.e. overseas income?
Hi there, thank you for your question. It is possible but a little tricky, most banks want to know if you pay Australian tax so your options with lenders may be restricted. It would mostly depend on your income and the currency you are paid in.
There may be options and we would be happy to get you in touch with a home loan specialist to discuss further. You can also call us on 1300 525 454.
Thank you
Thanks a lot for your infomation.

I have some $120K in the bank and can put some $80-90 for first payment for buying a house. I am right now between jobs but I do some small business too. Is there any chance I could get a loan from the bank?
Hi Peraj, you are more then welcome to contact us and we can look into this for you! With your business the banks do require minimum two years tax returns. Sounds like you have sufficient savings, please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any more questions!
We are based in Sydney. We have been investing and planning to invest more. We are strong in terms of equity but weak in terms of income. We like to borrow around 50% or less on our next investment ensuring that the income of the property would be sufficient to cover the mortgage payments. Are there any institutions that are happy with equity base borrowings?
Hi Raymond, thanks for reaching out! We deal with equity a fair bit here and we would be happy to look into your situation for you if you'd like. You are more then welcome to reach out to our team directly on 1300 525 454 and create an account on external link so we can assist you further and have a chat about what we can do.

I have a pre approval from a lender with domain loans. How come I can not get anyone from Domain or Lendi to assist me with the next steps of getting to a settlement. I have no point of contact with a specialist. I am not getting any replies from many emails I have sent. No return phone calls. This experience is very stressful and has left me frustrated. I have lost an opportunity to purchase a property I wanted. I do not know what I should do next. Very stressed and frustrating experience for a first home buyer needing guidance.
My broker Bradley from domain loans always helped me. Answered emails within at least a day. As per my knowledge your next step is to give an offer for a property. For this you need to work with a conveyencer.
Hi Sam, We are sorry to hear this has been your experience. At Domain Loan Finder, customer service is at the forefront of everything we do and it certainly does not seem like this has been your experience. I have sent you a private message so we can look in to this further. Please respond when you can.
