Hi Peter, as I recall during my handover, you will call directly to the one who installed it. all the details should be given to you during the handover together with your keys, however, you can always call them, they are very helpful and happy to assist you with it.

Good day Reynaldo, thank you for your query, I am sorry to hear that things are not going as originally planned. The best option would be to discuss it directly with your salesperson...[name removed] was extremely helpful and he will be able to link you with a financial broker if required to look at what options would suit you best moving forward...

Good luck!!!

I have been told by another consultant that First Homebuyers Direct ( FHBD ) is a marketing company and not a builder. That when he worked for Ross North homes they contracted FHBD to market for them to sell homes in which First Home Buyers Direct was paid a fee. Are you the same company please?

First Home Buyers Direct

Yes, Tam, even you are not a First Home Buyer you can still build your house and they can help you what problems you have. Just email your details to them for assistance. I am much appreciated for your concern to ask about FHBD , a home builder that can complete your new house.

Thank you.

Often we do get ask that question - Its a very good question as we are called First Home Buyers Direct however we often have second home buyers, investors choosing our brand as they know the product is of a very high standard and also that our homes come complete with floor coverings and blinds plus a heap of promo's that other builders in that second home buyer market just can't afford to offer. Please feel free to email us info@firsthomebuyersdirect.com.au or call us (08) 9244 7444

Thank you Ashley Thomlinson
