I have signed my documents and got this loan through Carclarity. I have heard nothing from you guys. I have no idea if the money has been sent to the dealership, they told me it has so I guess it has. I have no idea what date my first payment is due. I have had no correspondence since I signed the documents. Please send me some communication. Is this normal procedure?
