I ordered and paid for one month ago 5 pairs of shoes only one pair arrived. I have tried 4 times contacting but no result.
Gosh sorry to hear this Jo. I don’t know what to suggest other than keep trying by sending emails to their customer service team. My issue was not receiving the product but not getting the refund from returned products. I did eventually receive it but after 1 month & from when I started nagging.
Why can't I generate a return label on Flory day?
How do I fill out a returns form ? what does captcha mean and also what photo do you need???? Vicki
I wouldnt deal with floryday ever again they take too long to send a refund kept telling me they hadnt recieved the returned item when I knew they had the form is useless kept telling me I didnt have any orders
I think I will donate the items to the Salvation Army! don't want to waste anymore money.

Is the Clothing true to Australian sizes? I’m usually a 14 in a top.. would l get Large? Or Bigger? Thanks
Hello Andrea, I bought a coat, and I like a bit of room for a jumper. I am 14-16 here in Oz. The coat is XXL, and works for me. XL would have probably been OK too, but I already have one that is tight, and I don't like that. Good Luck.

I hope you paid with Paypal? otherwise will have a lot of trouble trying to get your money back. When you send the goods back make sure you register the package. They don't respond to emails. Every thing is automated. I took me weeks to eventually get a full refund, minus postage through Paypal. They scam people, Goods that you receive are not as described and pictured online. I purchased what looked to be a nice linen mixture top. What I received was a cheap see through polyester and creased junk. I didn't even take it out of the plastic packaging. I now always check reviews first. Anyway I prefer to buy in person, so I can try the outfit on and see the quality and not pay for postage. By the way Floriyday junk doesn't come cheap either except in quality! I wish you luck!
graceG i Also like to buy in person after some disappointments buying on line. Nothing beats a day out with your friends and trying on clothes. I don't want to become a recluse inside my house spending hours looking on line, not receiving what I ordered or wrong sizing then having to go out any way to return goods!
Where do you get your products from?
The items were shipped from China.
After this and similar online shopping experiences with anything coming from China, I will only buy from US or Australian companies taking great care with any mention of connection to China based sources in the future.
Cheap junk, definitely not as pictured online. I was luck to get a refund through Paypal after a long wait.

Have trouble returning a dress which was sent in a size smaller than ordered. Very disappointing trying to contact you. Need a contact number to speak to a human being, not typing questions and answers which failed dismally yesterday. Question is "How do I get to speak to a person?

How do I go about getting a refund from Floryday without having to pay for the return of a terrible product? Mary
Warning to all - never buy from FLORYDAY.l paid and sent the product back. The dress was terrible , then at least got some money back. I did learn to check the reviews first before buying any online clothing.
These designs are the same as "Fairy Miss". Is this the same company with a new name?
Not sure Nicole about the same company, but Floryday have now sent me am shipment notification 3 to 18 days delivery! We will see if they arrive and what the quality of the garments is!
