I purchased a Fossil Hybrid Smartwatch - Virginia on 23 July 2019. It stopped working some months ago and I assumed that it was a battery issue and I put it aside. In all it probably worked for about 8 months. But with covid I was not venturing out. I have replaced the battery today, but the watch has not restarted. I tried deleting it from the sync to my phone and re-syncing it, but the watch - ie time has not commenced. It cannot be the battery as it is a new battery. I am in Brisbane Australia. I would like it repaired or replaced.
