How many grams of basmati rice in a packet?
No idea, but this was the one thing that didn't seem quite right in my package. There was water for some strange reason. I think we all have access to a tap. I followed all the instructions but there was lots of water left when the rice was already cooked.
How do I cancel my subscription completely. Why is it so hard? Can someone guide me through this so I can be done with Hellofresh

Trying to cancel Hello Fresh membership is like trying to escape from Prison. They will do everything to keep you trapped and locked in! You can only do it from the desktop site and I advise you to triple check everything to ensure you have ticked off everything. Save screen shots. Ensure you receive e-mail confirmation of acceptance of your cancellation. Save it! Confirm with their so called "awesome" phone specialists...ha! Advise them that you are recording the conversation, and do it! Good luck .
