When can we expect the replacement fence panel that was dented by your concrete contractors AUGUST 2022 and that you promised to replace? It has only been 15 months.

Sorry Michael I cannot help, unfortunately sounds to me that your Hotondo Franchise is not as reliable as the Hotondo South Coast/Nowra owners of the franchise they would have it fixed in no time and most likely wouldn’t allow the fence to be damaged in the first place. Don’t give in keep at them and hopefully you have a win. Good luck Colin B
