I would like information about changing a credit card
I'm not sure what you mean by this I understood hmm is a credit card.
Why can we no longer use humm at kogan,oz sale?? Cant even buy kidstoys with humm anymore..any other sights like kogan or oz sale?

How long are Humm Big Things approvals valid for? I thought only for 90days? I applied for himm big things 10mths ago, never used it and it still says $5,000 available.

I pretty much only used humm to help out with bills. Now you've taken that option away I'm chucking my card in when it's paid off. It's stupid and useless now. Good job humm, you've stuffed up.

It’s not for new members, it’s for new transactions. BPAY bills and gif cards are no longer available for anyone using Humm

Hi, Humm has been listed as a finance option for a medical procedure on eyes, totaling $3,000. Do you require 50% upfront? Also, have a current credit ban in place due to identity theft- which company do you check through so I can temporarily lift the ban from them?

How long does it take humm to update records i purchased an item 6 days ago and still not showing up on my account also still cant use bpay
Hi Paul, The merchant you purchased from will be the one to upload your purchase into humm's systems. If it's not showing up, we suggest getting in touch with the merchant to follow up on this as they are the only ones who can process this.

Why wont my account do bpay
Hi Paul, We appreciate the time you have taken to leave feedback. Please follow the steps below to pay a bill using humm via BPAY: Go to the humm App. On the home screen, click 'Pay a bill now'. Enter Biller name, Biller code, reference number and amount. Save details for ease later. Click 'Pay bill'.
