That doesn't mean that the item would be for free, the team members in-store would be able to help you out with the price of the specific item when they scan/key it into the system.

If shoes are marked at a price are they allowed to refuse to sell them to you at that price and try charge you more and if there is a few pairs of same shoe with the same price can they refuse to sell them at that price and insist on charging more than marked price

Has anyone purchased instore than got a refund? I refunded a pair of shoes and the refund went into my bank then jd took it back out and they're saying its a bank issue?? No one can help me as they have no idea. But! On my bank statement, it clearly shows jd put my refund in and jd took it back as it says their details on my statement. Anyone experience this?

I order shoes on Nov 02,according to the tracking app. It should have been delivered on Nov 05,is been almost two weeks and no show,I had contacted Australia Post and they told me that they are very busy,I gave them my contact number so they can message me to tell me what happening with my order and again nothing !! I do understand that is a busy time but why give me a delivery date on the first place ! this is the first time that I have ordered from you guys, and probably will be the last,no information whatsoever,JD is got my money..but no shoes.

It is most deliveries with australia post at the moment. I ordered off jd and took a week. I ordered off target 1 month ago and still sitting at australia post processing centre.

Same for me. I’ve raised the claim with PayPal. If you’ve paid via PayPal or credit card raise the dispute. This company should be reported to ACCC for their unethical practices.
