A return is cost prohibitive due to high postage. Generally they offer some compensation and it is easier to onsell via buy and sell sites. I was lucky that my clothes were true fit according to size chart but shoes were too big.

How do I get a tracking number for my purchase?
Is Just Fashion Now, legit? I’ve seen some favourable reviews, but the majority have been scathing. I’ve see photos of what the products look like online which r impressive, but in reality, they r disgusting. Sadly, good luck in getting anything exchanged AND MORE SO refunds.

I ordered 2 dresses from JFN and when l asked them for a tracking number they asked for the order number which l gave, they came back with their both out of stock and won’t reply to any of my questions now. I paid through master card, who do l contact for refund, please help.
Hi Nona, The same thing happened with 1 of the items I ordered from them. I got my refund through their "Live Chat". If you go to the bottom of their main page - CONTACT US - ORDERS - highlight UNSOLVED & UNSOLVED again you get to CONTACT CHANNELS - LIVE CHAT - START LIVE CHAT. This is the way I got my refund as I wouldn't stop the "Live Chat" until I got the answer I wanted which was a full refund of the item I didn't receive. Stay on the line with them & just keep going on & on. I think it took me over 30 minutes to get a result. Good luck. PS I never buy from anyone like this unless I pay through PayPal as they will always go in to bat for you should you not get a refund.
Go thru yr bank ad paid by credit card. U can refund as u did not receive goods. Just shoe the proof u have

Hi Nona, After 6 weeks & 12 emails to their Customer Service Dept. I still didn't get a Tracking No. & I never received by 2nd item. Once they have your money they just don't care. They are merely a selling agent for various suppliers & refuse to take any responsibility. I'm still waiting for a refund on the top I returned. I wish I never purchased from them. Sorry I can't help you.
They were very abrupt with me and told me both items l ordered were out of stock, how convenient for them. Is there anyone higher to get any answers. $100 is a lot to just give up, I’m so frustrated and feel so helpless, they should NOT be able to get away with it

You don't know the prices are in US dollars until after you press the buy button. Very misleading as there is no option to change currency on the sites.
Is it easy to return an item and get the money back?
Absolutely NOT. They tell you to keep the rubbish (from China) products and offer you 10 to 15 % credit on 'product only' cost. Plus, they don't tell you the prices are in US$. You only see the AUS$ cost after you press the pay button.
I believe from other buyers that the products are sent from a warehouse in Australia but to return items they need to be sent back to an address in China at quite a high cost.

Because of all shipment from China they are not really transparent movement . mine was took a more than 2weeks . I think you should email them .
I don’t know if I had a tracking number when I ordered but I did receive both my orders within 2 or 3 weeks, I think, so I didn’t need the tracking number. My issue with this company is the quality of the clothing and the false advertising. What you see online is NOT what you receive.
A lot of there shirt's I bought are of that shiny material does not let your skin breathe at all very uncomfortable

I agree with you. The quality of the clothes is really bad. Plus they won't refund clothes that are obviously not the ones advertised. Other companies do it. It should definitely be avoided.
I would like to update my wardrobe, but I find all your tops and tee-shirts are far toooo long. Do you cater for shorter people . I am 5ft/2in
Hello arshin As well as pants I bought one top and one t-shirt/dress. They were size S but they are quite big and long. Since I didn't have a positive interaction with jfn I would'nt recommend them. Particularly since they tell you that the colours are slightly different when they obviously are totally wrong. That way they don't pay for returns. Other online shops just give you a refund for the items that are faulty. If you are attracted to tops with colours you should think twice about it.
Everything about jfn rags are wrong wrong wrong! Shapeless, no sizing, bags of crap material that look nothing like pictures on website. Don't waste a cent of your hard earned cash on this fraudulent Chinese sweat shop. Go buy exactly what want in Australia where you can trust the quality, colours, sizing and returns policies. Don't risk getting ripped off by these scammers!!!
