Same here I have three orders , 24 Feb,2nd March and 8 th March ,also can’t login to see where the orders are. I rang customer care last week and after waiting a while. Was told there will be a delay . Customer care emails are a joke they don’t get back to you..

I have an order placed 19th Feb that I haven’t received two of the items. I’ve emailed and phoned but still don’t have an answer on what’s happening. Their store websites have all disappeared now so makes it more difficult to contact them.

Has anyone else come up against them not letting you redeem credit notes unless you spend the equivalent I’m sure this cannot be legal

Do Katie’s anoraks run true to size or are they big like their pants n tops ? I’m a 10-12 in most tops/ jackets and I have broad shoulders. I’m not sure if I should buy a 10 or a 12 in their anoraks . I’ve checked out the sizing but wanted to ask . Thanks

Stay away from this online store, they are the worst. I purchased online few jackets for my snow trip one month prior. I went to the snow and returned still no item arrive. I will never shop in store or online. what a complete waste of money and time. Customer service is a bloody joke.

That's a shame, I have ordered a few times and my orders have arrived in time. I would definitely contact Katies Customer Service early and would have informed them what had happened

I agree. Stay away from Katies. Their customer service is a joke. They do not respond. I've been waiting two months for my delivery. I've lodged a complaint with Fair Trading. Once I notified them of the Fair Trading I then received a notification from Austria post.

I placed an online order with Katies 29/10/20 and am still waiting to receive it. I have emailed them three times and they told me to to wait until next week each time and the third time there was no response. I then tried to ring them and was on hold for almost an hour before I hung up. Does anyone know if we have any recourse through Fair Trading. I have spent $365 with them for both myself and my daughter.

My last order was handled unprofessionally in my opinion so I have placed a complaint with Fair Trading. Hopefully the issues will be resolved soon. At least I am trying. Also the one dress I did receive is not good quality and the hooks and eyes don’t keep the dress secured after 2 washes. Katie’s used to be very good quality.

I ordered online from Katie’s on 11/4/00 a month ago. They took my Money that day, but parcel has never arrived. For the last two weeks after emailing I have received three ticket numbers saying they would contact me, but no contact to date. I cannot find a phone number to chase up but I want my order or my money back. Very very shoddy online company.

I’m so glad I have not shopped online with Katie’s. I have read many of their reviews about their online shopping and they are ‘bad’.. I will never shop in store ever again. I still have not received a response to my complaint and when I ring the customer number it puts you on hold and than you get disconnect. Hope you have a win.. don’t give up...

Customer service number is 1800 151 110 but don't get your hopes up, you will be put on hold, no one answers whatsoever only to listen to songs then a pimple quivering voice saying due to the COVID-19 situation they are busy attending to customers which they aren't unless they only have 1 person rostered on. Then after the pimple quivering voice finishes speaking and tells you to go to the website and complete a form where someone (noone) will get back to you (coughs bs). Then it disconnects the call. I sat calling for a solid 4 hours and STILL have no idea where or when my order made on 11th April is going to be delivered to my daughter.

Please please report them!!! I have !! To consumer affairs and ACCC. And i have also contacted news net work. It is definitely scam targeting vulnerable people in such a difficult time!!! Only if everyone fight for their right so we can have enough awareness so eventually other organisation will step in!

Is Katies online shop a scam?

I bought scarves online 23 days ago, since then, I have been trying get someone to tell me about the status of my order to no avail.

The last response I received was that they are swamed with queries, really I just don't see the relation to my order...I feel defrauded really!

I am so disappointed, and as much as I love thier items, I definitely will not be buying there anymore...

I ordered on the 5th January and was in touch with Katies from 2 weeks out. They lied from the beginning about the 'goods are being packed as they speak' I think I can kiss $120 goodbye. What I can gather they went bad from the time mosaicbrands took over and what I asked them to do was to take the advertisements down before anyone else got caught but they kept that advertising going and thousands more have been caught. The number I had for them was 0485885334 but now that is a cancelled number.
