Agnes, if you actually receive the $20,000 well good luck to you. My mum falls for the trick that she has won UP TO $20K or $80 K many times & receives a rubbishy piece of jewellery or clock that is more likely worth $5 at best. She has being doing this for 25 years & she always has to make another order. They are predators and take advantage of senior people.
Unfortunately, I agree with all of the above……. I have been sucked in with yet another purchase, time after time. Would like to make this bullying more available to the general, decent, public.
Hi Agnes. The key words here are UP TO. The likelihood is that you haven't won any cash at all. As Ali Martins says - you may receive a cheap clock or a piece of junk jewellery. My advice to others? Only order from Magnamail if you actually want/need the item you order. If you had any real chance they wouldn't be asking you to place yet another order to win anything. It's just a way to make people spend more money with them.
I haven't received any parcel from last month or so in the mail because I keep checking every week and I did order some things but I don't remember what it was so I'm looking forward for it and i know that it will take time thanks for that
There are no winnings, the company is like a scam to get seniors to spend money they have very little off! Disgrace.

Yes, magnamail send you papers saying that you have won something valued between an amount and after placing the order, a cheap prize is sent and each time you want to claim that big prize you have to purchase another item, only again to recieve something that is either a cheap version or nothing at all. You can ring them to place an order. My last phone call to them was to find out thatmy order was invalid because magnamail did not have in stock that item and all I got was an email saying that they would look into it! So far to date, magnamail have not responded! Very frustating and money wasting!
I have to agree whole-heartedly with you Sonja, I have been told I am a winner, but h ad to send more money off to claim prize, that to me is fraudulent at it's best, beats me how this company can still operate with such false advertising using us as guinea pigs.

Looks like Magnamail true to form and will not respond to questions about their intergity.
Because it will be used as evidence against them in a class action.
Why does Magnamail continue to mislead people into believing that they have won big prizes.
Because they have never had any legal action taken against them. I can see a class action coming on!

On the 6th October 2019 I sent an order for a brooch, a necklace and a pen. To date I have received the brooch and necklace but no mention of the pen I ordered! It was a VIP special offer available after purchasing 2 or more non VIP items which I did as above. So I ordered one specialized for November for my daughter Rana whose birthday is today!!
