Hi, They are terrible liars. They take your deposit. Promise the world but do not deliver. Don’t go there!!

Hi Grant, I've seen some display townhouses, and they are well finished, as can be expected for a display. So I'd be interested to know if the units you completed and reviewed in 2016 have had any maintenance issues.

Also any feedback in terms of time, cost and quality for your project would be welcome.

I've heard, though not via this public forum, that the company have recently been having issues with trades and supervisors, which is impacting build schedules. I'm looking to validate these comments, if possible.
