How do I do a return , trying, but not getting a return label??
You don’t get a return label. You have to use one of the 3 locations USA, UK or Canada and pay for the high postage. Not worth returning.

No. All Payments made are converted to US Dollars.
I ordered three bathing suits all size large. Two came in the large but one came in a medium. I am not sure how to exchange the medium for a large. There was a message leading me to believe since 2 were full price and one free that I could not exchange the medium. It is company fault for sending the wrong size. Please help me get the right size suit.

Hi Sandra Not sure of where you live but I’m Western Victoria and it was nearly a month for the arrival of the items I ordered from Modilily. I would like to say I was happy with them but I won’t lie- return and refund. So pleased I paid with Pay Pal as was able to get $39.95 postage costs. Even though items came from China I had to return to their USA warehouse address.

Message them on fb. Make a complaint through their website. They have to issue a ticket no, then you send item back in post referring to that no.
But cost a fortune to post them or would they arrange courier ?
I want to return 3 tops I purchased but now they have arrive they are about 3 sizes to small and nowhere when I was ordering did it mention that these were a very small make now I would like to return them for a refund but i cannot find anywhere to return them to or a refund docket can you please help me
Did you get an email regarding your order - it will look like an invoice stating payment received. Also at the bottom of that email it says: If you want to return the goods, please contact customer service for designated shipping address. Otherwise the return is not accepted and received. So worried now that I won't be refunded if the dress I ordered is unsuitable.
I haven’t had to return anything to Modlily so I’m not sure of the procedure. I will say that I’m very impressed with all the things I’ve bought from them... I really hope you like your dress :) Don’t forget to accessorise it and put the shoes on you want to wear as that will make a big difference to how you feel when you try it on! Also, I always pay through Paypal when ordering things online and Paypal have been fantastic if I’ve had trouble with the company :D

Does anyone know where I could get similar beautiful-looking patterns in Australia? I have bought clothes from overseas before & their sizing is horrible. I was going to buy a few of these tops because they look so fantastic, but now I wont bother. Thanks for the reviews everyone. Cheers!

I need to know if their sizing is accurate?
I did find the sizing correct,according to their size chart, but I could have gone down a size. I went for the bigger size as I preferred bigger rather than too small but the tankini top was too big for me on the sides. The top section did fit perfectly.
However as it was a flowing style it wasn’t too big a problem for me and I ended up sewing it in at the sides to fit me better.
I found their sizing a bit big. Because the material is stretchy. I'm a 12-14 on bottom and a 10-12 on top but the Medium fit me better than the Large. BTW regarding boob size. I'm a D cup and I found the one I ordered with fitted cups and underwire too small, and the cups too close together (unless you're happy for lots of squishing and cleavage). I have gone for one with softer cups and no underwire rather, that ties around the neck, so that I can get it nice and tight. For big boobs watch the ones that don't have adjustable shoulder straps too, because I didn't find it went down low enough under my boobs. (I bought a three swim dresses before I found the best.) Hope this helps!
