Hi, I was considering signing up on the 1000/50 Mbps, but I am concerned with all the negative reviews that I have read. Can you do something about your tech support? It's really important to me.

You've got great products but tech department seem to be leaking.

You'v got to remember that your chatting to a chatbot and need to phrase question simply. A human will eventually get to you if you persist. They are very helpful.

Hi Success, Thanks for reaching out. Around 2 years ago, we transitioned to online support only through Live Chat, Emails, and Social Media. This was a business decision, and we kept our call center for sales only. At the same time, we can organise callbacks if necessary on chat. We also have our Network & Tech Support page to guide you with technical-related issues.

Thanks Lauren for your reply, As you know, not everyone is a tech savy, I am just wondering how a customer who is unable to connect to the internet can be able to use the Chat bot and All the FAQs online, I think this is the bone of contention. If this gap can be bridged, I think it will be workable.
