I have been approved for a loan and have signed the relevant documents. On Friday I called because money was not in my account after two days. They told me that someone had made a mistake with my CBA bank account but it had been rectified and money from NAB released at 6.30pm on Friday. I went on line and it shows that NAB have released the money. When can i expect to have the funds available in my CBA account?
Dear NAB clients, Please help answer my question. I was sold junk loan insurance for a car loan by NAB on two occasions, one in 2010, then one a few years later for two different personal loans. I did not realise that this was useless insurance, as I was not eligible for the insurance due to my income level. I have kept all the paperwork for these loans. I am a NAB client who has been generally happy with NAB. Can I get my money for the junk insurance back from NAB, and if so, how?
