Has anyone build a two storage house by New level? I saw some bad common upstairs but really like there design. And my budget is not too much. Really scared will have more extra After deposit.

I’m building with them now and it’s a 2 story home Their designs are nice but I had issues with prestart it took over 3 months to get it right. Then a price increase of over $7000 before commencement of slab. I would not build with them again.

Pre-start took 12 months for me, then didn't even go ahead, what a headache and the biggest joke of a company

Hi, are there any recent reviews from people POST build that would like to share their experience? I'm seeing a few happy customers but some very unhappy ones too, saying they have lots of issues post build that aren't resolved... just wondering if the company has improved any over the last couple of years. Thanks! Jill

Hi Jill. We have a problem with the noise coming though from upstairs. It’s like the wooden floor (mdf composite) hasn’t been fastened to beams very well and/or there aren’t enough beams to attach it to. Hollow spots etc. Certainly a lot noisier than the display homes we visited. Hard problem to investigate and fix and of course it was dismissed by builder - they blamed it on the carpet. Also suggest you put insulation in the internal walls upstairs to help insulate and attenuate noise. Easily down while you’re building.

Same issue with us. They say we should have upgraded and installed some more insulation. How would we have know to do this as like you say the display homes had none of this and it was not even mentioned in pre-start

Don't go near them, these happy customers are fake!!! I believe all the unhappy customers, because the same happened to me, so glad the loan was declined as costs escalated to over 100k extra, the Happy comments are Written by someone in the company! Fakes, the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.

So we have been in our new 2 storey house for over 6 months months now built by New Level (RBWA), and there is a list of faults developing as long as your arm. Will be contacting them ti get them fixed.... be careful of this builder, they use the cheapest contractors they can find and their high turnover of supervisors play the blame game and hold no accountability.
