Am trying to get a hold of some shirt waistcoat tie combos for my 14 year old son but you have sold out on most of them. When will they be back in stock?
Should I even attempt a refund? From all these bad reviews it seems like I wouldn’t be able to get my money back.
I have got refunds from them but it is an insult to have to pay $11+ to return the item/s especially when the pictures can look so much different from the actual item.

Their kid shoes are very low quality. I would not recommend NEXT at all, Do not shop there!!!

I brought those product for my women friend so I don't really know I will see her on the 2 of may I can let you know because I got the size chart from bonds Australia I was told by her she was a size 8 and looked on the bonds chart and took pot luck she can show me how they fit and I can get back to you sorry I don't know Leanne kind regards grant
The LADIES SIZINGS ARE PRETTY MUCH THE SAME as Australia, BUT if you think there may be a chance you will return anything please READ THE REVIEWS ON NEXT RETURNS/REFUNDS, and be prepared for a very long wait, I would recommend paying by PayPal as I ended getting my refund via a PayPal claim after 3 months of numerous Emails from Next like this:
"I am sorry that you have not received a refund for the returned item and thank you for sending in the returns information, I can advise that I have actioned a refund for you today, please allow 3-5 business days for this to show back into your account."
LIES, LIES, LIES, sorry if this seems negative, although the products are good (but not as good as they were), the Customer Service is Non Existent

Is there ever a sale on next Australia website?
They have another site called Ezybuy which sells Next and sometimes they do have sales. I have been buying from Next for almost 5 years and have never seen them on sale. But their prices are so good that I don't mind...I just bought 3 outfits for my 1 year old a Jumper and a pair of adidas shoes for my 4 year old for $125 I would never get all that here in Australia for that price!
Couldn't agree more with that. The prices are reasonable compared to other good brands in Australia. I just wanted to make sure about the sale so I don't regret after making a purchase! Thanks a lot!
i tried ordering something and it told me that my security code was wrong? why is that?
The security code may be your 3 digit code on the back of your debit or credit card...
I have been trying to place an order but three credit cards have been rejected because the security code will not be accepted. I rang the online number and was informed that I must contact my bank to get clearance for the UK purchases. Is this correct.
I have had the exact same problem over the last month. Went to my bank and after looking at my account they confirmed there was definitely no issue! So I wrote an email to Next, got a reply within 2 days explaining that the problem was caused by my Po box address!,, apparently next recently changed their security policies and Po boxes are no longer used for dispatching their items. Hope this helps?
