Hi Cassie - My first order in June did not arrive. A second order was arranged and the same thing happened. This one did not arrive but Nnelles agreed to reimburse a portion of what I had paid. The strange thing was the item required a signature on delivery but alas did not arrive on my doorstep - even though on the tracking it was quoted as delivered. I hope you get your order. I haven't received my order yet it was delivered at the worry address.

I ordered hundreds of dollars worth clothing, shoes and accessories, chased them for months, nothing ever showed up from my order. Nnelles.com issued a tracking no. however when that package arrived it was a cheap adjustable junk ring.

With the same experience as you, I really thought it was lost in the mail at first, but my address was not wrong, I waited for nearly a month and a half and did not receive the products, negotiated with them and finally only promised to refund 70%, but so far I have not paid the full amount, I just paid more than 10 dollars by email, and then there was no response. How to punish such Internet companies?

Hi June. I think you might be trying to contact nnelles.com. I am a customer in Australia who has also been scammed by them. It might be safest to edit or delete your post here because you've posted a lot of personal information.

My personal experience: placed two orders for approx $us250. 00 for 57 items of clothing, shoes & handbags, tracking number issued by nnelles, when the two tracked parcels arrived they each contained one cheap adjustable silver coloured ring.
