How do I get a refund on my Noni B gift card that I am told can no longer be used ?
Are there any legal options as the Company has taken orders and money from clients and never supplied the goods? I ordered and paid for items back in February and have never received them. Have sent many emails and keep getting a reply that they will get back to me and they never do.
On Feb 20th I purchased a white fleece jacket which was very unusual. This was Millers online. I'm still waiting for it and I've been matching my winter clothes with the jacket. So I've tried in so many ways to enquire from NoniB. I've rung the phone no at a few minutes to nine to be told Sorry all our people are on calls. They suggested to HOLD or go online to their contact pages. It no longer works you can't leave a message.
I have tried contacting numerous times, i have been sent 2 x size 18 dresses when i ordered 4 x S tops can get nothing but an automated reply.
I got my items all at one time,be patient everyone,over 3 weeks
I ordered and paid for 3 items over 4 weeks ago and have only received 2
I have same issue. I ordered 4. Got only2. Unable to contact Noni B
I messaged to mosaic customer care. They replied immediately. Will refund left over amount
Are Noni B still delivering orders ? I had 2 deliveries that were missing half of my order and another order placed at the beginning of March that hasn't arrived. 11 garments in total.
I still haven't even received my orders. So angry.
It's very frustrating, they can't even be contacted. I suppose we just wait and see if anything turns up.
I ordered $60 worth of items back on 26th February and paid for it, never received and cannot contact them, so angry.
i agree I ordered and paid for it in February and have not received it but they were still advertising Its not right

No-one from Noni B here. I ordered over $160 worth, and they sent a few items, but nearly $100 worth not sent. I am going to speak to the bank about the credit card transaction but as it was nearly a month ago, I am not hopeful. Noni B is shut and there is no-one to talk to.
they should be accountable some how for false advertising I bought a $30 top which I did not receive
Ordered on 21 Feb 2025, 16days since the order, the order status still show as pending on 22 Feb 2025, emailed 3 time, nothing happened. Any one could help?
I'd request a refund through the bank or PayPal however you paid. Tell them not received. All the best

Yeah they took ages for mine. Finally got some and didn't get alot. They refunded me took forever. And the items I got were crap. They so no refunds on sale items. Which is wrong. They can send anything and get away with it. I'll never order online again . I'd rather go with out. Too many scams and too many sending rubbish

You keep on sending me emails about a dress that I was going to buy. It was reduced from $160 to $88 Next day the add red reduced to $101 forget it.
Add them to the spam list they send way too many emails and are in liquidation. not worth the risk.
I’m getting emails and texts from Katie’s and Noni B . Is it still safe to buy online . There are so many with Black Friday !!!

My advice is to stay clear of them for now unless buying instore and getting what you pay for on the spot.
How long should it take for my noni delivery to come
I guess it depends to some extent where you live in relation to where there warehouse is??? I live in metro Sydney and items come from Marsden Park, which is relatively close.... Having said that items arrive anywhere from on week to maybe three +weeks. Sometimes if several items have been ordered they may come separately. So somewhat difficult to answer. I made an online complaint three + weeks ago for a very poor made cardi, that should have failed Quality Control, and still waiting for a response..... You could try phoning Customer Care 1800 151 110. Good luck with that!!

Wanting to get feedback regarding luggage from Noni. The deal is too good to be true and unless others give there's- I would stay away.

I ordered 2 king size sheet sets. These were advertised as containing1 fitted sheet, one flat sheet and 2 pillow cases. I received 2 packs which each had 1 fitted sheet and 1 pillowcase. Nobody gets only 1 pillowcase for a king size bed! I have a copy of the original order which was on October 24 2023 via PayPal. Why is Mosaic brands (Noni B, Autograph, BeMe, Crossroads, Katies, Millers, Rivers, Rockmans and W.Lane) still in business with all these appalling reviews? The just take your money, you don't get all the items at once, they come in dribs and drabs (if at all)! You then have to battle to get money back. Close them down!!!
We ALL have to report this type of retail theft to our local Dept. of Fair Trading to stop this type of behaviour. I have lodged a complaint last week, this will stay on record under their business name.
Agree…still waiting on my item from November 2021! Besides a response last Wednesday (30/3) saying my order was still at the warehouse - I get an automated reply EVERY day saying they’re waiting on a 3rd party. I wish they’d just give me a refund for the item!
Report as a consumer issue on ACCC website. It will ask for Mosaic Brands Limited ABN & ACN numbers. ABN 96 003 321 579 - ACN 003 321 579. We all need to report this cheating company!!

I have a Noni B quilted coat purchased on line that is to small. I want to return it, get a refund and buy a size larger. What form do I use and where do I find it? I cant exchange in any stores as it was discounted.
I have 37 Noni B pieces of clothing in my wardrobe and have been very happy so far. Except for one brown coloured long sleeve top that was a plain colour has now gone mottled. I have only recently bought it in one of those 3 for a certain price deals. I showed it to the lady in the Noni B shop and she said it must be your washing machine. I was very disappointed at her response and now sadly don't feel like buying any more. If all these shops - Rivers, Noni B, Miller's, Crossroads, Rockman's, Ezibuy, Autograph etc etc are all owned by the same business, where do we go to get nice clothes?

Go to the office of fair trading. I had my money back in less than 24 hours. That was the only way they were ever refunding my money. Cost me nothing to lodge the complaint.

I took my complaint about non-delivery of an item I purchased in October to Paypal and have just received a refund.
Mosaic recently fined for false advertising: 27 May 2021 Mosaic Brands Limited, an ASX listed company, has paid penalties totaling $630,000, and admitted that it breached the Australia Consumer Law in its promotion of pandemic-related ‘Health Essential Products’.
Mosaic Brands is the largest speciality fashion retail group in Australia. It owns well-known fashion brands Noni B, Autograph, BeMe, Crossroads, Katies, Millers, Rivers, Rockmans and W.Lane and operates about 1210 stores nationally.
The ACCC issued five infringement notices to Mosaic Brands in respect of alleged false or misleading representations relating to hand sanitiser and face masks advertised on Mosaic Brands websites and via direct marketing between March and June 2020.
Also read the Noni B employee reviews. I do not know how this company is still operating fined for fraud, staff complaints and customer complaints. Why hasn't the Office of Fair Trading or Australian Consumer Affairs do something about it? Just appalling and disgusting operation...............................

Hi ordered a shirt online and it was purchased on an online exclusive sale the shirt does not fit and I tried to return for refund but Nonib customer service said it was a final sale and cannot be refunded it only stated online sale has anyone else had this problem.
Hi Nicky, All I can say is stay well away from Noni B, Katies, Rockman etc... online as they rip people off. They are part of the Mosaic Brand group of shops and are highly dishonest. I have had nothing but trouble every time I bought something. Latest one is pillow cases never arrived. Lucky I bought through Paypal. And get this. They have agreed to give me a partial refund. Why would I accept a partial refund and lose $30 of my money for something I never got. I guess this is how they make their huge profits? Ask them why on the end of their invoice they write this and leave bad Google reviews all over the place. Also leave bad reviews on their Facebook etc..... Although don't expect a reply from so called customer service for at least a week. Good luck. Let me know how you go. "Changed your mind? Not a problem! Hi NIcky, if I were you I would go back to Noni B and get them to send you the no return policy for that item so you can make sure it is correct and if it was me, I would try to find someone who the items fits or donate it and cut your losses. It pays to check the fine print before you purchase and that is easy to overlook. I haven't bought many clothes online but I think Noni B is an honest company and Covid may be affecting how they are running their Customer Service department at the moment.
Online exclusive means it is only sold online, I think. Anyway, I bought 11 items which were all online exclusive, and I returned some of them to a Noni B shop. What brand were yours? If they are not Noni B you might have to take them to the other brand's shop. Don't give up, as they use the final sale line all the time. I have had that happen, and they won't direct me to where it says final sale on the website or the invoice. If you have no luck at the store, try another one. Some of them are downright surly, while others are lovely. And you can get a refund on discounted items. You get different answers from different people. Some people have complained that when they returned goods, Noni B claimed not to have received them, so try not to go down that route.

Go to Fair trading and lodge a complaint. I had my money back within 24 hours.
Be VERY careful buying anything online from Noni B, Wlane, Rockmans and many other stores that are now owned by one very large company. Even if you are on Wlane web site, all items are not Wlane , they are from all of there stores and quality , size and fit varies greatly. I have bought items on sale and had the same issue - not returnable. Their delivery service is beyond dreadful. If you do try to return items to a store make sure you print off the original order you placed on line and take it with you. Items only arrive with a "packing slip" no invoice zero and the stores wont accept anything for return without that online order not that that is stated anywhere. Considering how dreadful the quality of items has become I am amazed they are still in business.
