Hello do Novo shoes have a quality gurantee or product quality control? some of my pairs of shoes worn only twice have split on the bottom part. Others usually last me a few good years.please help email- [email removed]

Do you actually read the majority of bad reviews. Still no improvement in customer service. Only a matter of time before novo shoes is no more!!

Hi - I have bought Caitlin shoes and very very happy with them as they are the first covered in shoes I have able to walk in for 30 years (I am 67)

problem is I have a bunion on right foot and the stitching is deteriorating after a couple of weeks can u suggest a solution as I will end up with perfect left shoe and right one with hole from missing stitching ta shane?

Hi Sharny, your best first step would be to take the shoes into your local Novo store to show the staff. Once they can see the issue you've described, they'll be in the best position to advise your options. Alternatively, if the bunion is putting extra pressure on the stitching, your local cobbler might be able to make a suggestion about how to avoid any further deterioration. Novo x

From my dreadful experience, and all the other shocking stories, plus the young manager who left because of not getting support, I am disgusted, they are focused only on the BOTTOM line, not customer satisfaction.

They think they are above the law, they should be reported.....The best way to treat people like this is to vote with your feet, and never shop there again, plus word of mouth is the best advertisement you can NEVER BUY...... and as you know bad news always travels faster than good.

From so many bad reports, you would be forgiven for thinking that the staff are on a bonus if they refuse to assist the customers !!

Since my experience, there at least 10 people in our club that say they would never buy from NOVO Shoes some from their own bad experience, others just listening to the horror stories, and vowing not to get caught as well.....unbelievable.

Do yourself a favour & don't shot at Novo I suggest you read all the bad reviews they can't all be wrong I purchased a $40 pair of shoes that turned out to be faulty I asked for replacement they never had same style so I asked for refund the girl at Penrith store was extremely rude & refused so I've gone to head office and if that fail I'm lodging a complaint with dept fair trading

So you can see novo don't care about customers please save your money and shop elsewhere where you custom is valued
