I have moved from original mms because they couldn’t help lower my exceptionally high interest rate. I owed 713000 but they charged me 717000. I’ve left 2 messages with discharge and sent 2 emails. They haven’t bothered to reply. Is that because I switched? They’ve removed my acc details when I log in so I can’t seee anything. It’s looking dodgy and I’ve lost money.

regarding alot of the uncertainty in Australia, I was wondering about how safe offset funds would be with a non-bank like Origin. For example: if someone has 10K in an origin offset account and some un-authorised transaction occurs, are my funds insured? and if origin was to go bankrupt, what would happen to those surplus funds I have in my account?

Yes I too would like to know why it has taken the time to get the rate reduction for October which Has Not happened at all and No communication via any form. Was told the rate reduction is the same as HOMESTAR WEBSITE but get informed today that you are only passing on .18 when the rba reduced it by .25 and it was published on Homestar website the full RBA reduction will happen well when would be really nice. I have to meet your terms and conditions but it appears that you don't had to meet any agreement with your contracts with clients at all. Also information that is given out is very often incorrect so the right hand doesn't know what the left Hand is saying or doing. Really very disappointed with us company in handling RBA rate reductions to clients morgages.
