I bought the Pltapus sneaker protector today 18/3/2023. The bottom of the can has a date of 5/07/2022. Is this the expiry date?
Hey Annette Thanks for your question! Our Platypus Sneaker Protector aerosol sprays do not have an expiry date, however, our water-based sprays do. If you need further assistance, please contact us at customercare@platypusshoes.com.au and quote reference 3236943, we'll chat further there!
Thank you

Thanks Mika for answering my question regarding the Platapus Sneaker Protector. The staff at your Sorrento store told me that it only lasted 1 year, after that it could turn my white Sneakers a yellow or off white colour. I already have a Sneaker protector.... now I have 2. Perhaps, staff might need additional training with regards to your product. Thanks for letting me know.
I had the same issue, I know the product is water-based means the expiration date should not be old. Means I bought one a few days ago January 2024 but the expiration date shows 14/11/2022 way to old. I called the store and got it exchanged because the expiration date should be either 12 months from when you buy the product and longer. So all you need to do is go and get the product exchanged and if complain because the product is water-based and the expiration date needs to be obove not 2023 or 2022

Yes their Adidas stan smith is fake! Luckily I spotted it straight away. Beware and be careful especially ordering online.
